“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“Amazing experience! They took me in when I was desperate because I kept bouncing from my GP to a pharmacy for the prescription of a medicine. The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok. One thing to keep in mind is that treatments are typically carried out by different technicians each time. While all have been skilled and professional, if you prefer to see the same person for each session, that might not always be possible.”
