The click and collect service is great, as with other times I had to pop in store to purchase something which was not available on click and collect. The staff have always been polite, and my recent visit to the store today was seamless. I went in to collect a reserved item which was engine oil. I was served by Yasine who was helpful, I was literally in and out of the store within 2 mins flat! The store messed around my online order I had placed to be collected from store, they had cancelled it the day I was due to collect and it was for my godsons birthday!!! This kind gentleman managed to locate most of my items and personally packed this up for me. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that wasn't his fault. “This is a very large Primark. It spans two floors and has a massive range of products. As a guy, I can only spend so much time here. I am normally waiting for my partner, which allows me to browse the menswear. Also, there are interesting products around the till. Turns out the changing rooms are only downstairs!”
