“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“Driven past this shop many times and made a mental note that they stocked the larger sizes for men. Called in today to buy a black suit. I was met by nice friendly man who wasn't all fake smiles and over the top attention. I told our man what I wanted, he didn't even ask me my size, he gave me a once over then handed me a jacket to try. Although the jacket fitted, he got me to try another one which fitted like a glove. I then tried the trousers on which again fitted well. Next he sorted me a nice plain white shirt. This place is real old school, where you deal with experienced knowledgeable professionals. They have a massive range of clothing and footwear. Although I wasn't rushed at all, I was in and out in 10 minutes. For me this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality clothing, excellent service and good value for money. We should all support these wonderful independent places before they all disappear.”

“I've been purchasing Clarks shoes since I lived in California because of it's stylish yet affordable leather goods. Upon seeing this Clarks boutique beside the Westminster Cathedral, my wife and I didn't hesitate to enter. What we truly appreciate in this particular Clarks branch weren't the rows and rows of shoes (real eye candies!) neatly lined and displayed but the superb customer service that they have shown and delivered to everyone who went in. Special mention to Victor for giving us a truly excellent customer service and for being knowledgeable in all the products. He just went above and beyond not just for me but also for the mother and son who came to buy a pair of school shoes. Excellent work that truly deserves praise! I highly recommend this branch, not only for its extensive shoe lineup but for the wonderful service that the entire team gives to their customers.
