“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“I booked a total of 4rooms to accommodate a bride to be & her attendants for the night before a ceremony at Forty Hall, Enfield. We received a warm welcome & were given a tour of spotlessly clean & comfortable rooms, kitchen & bathroom facilities. Tea, coffee, milk & cereals were provided as standard as were towels. There were also wall mounted hand sanitiser dispensers. On the morning of the wedding, The host, Heather, provided a special fruit, croissant & prosecco breakfast for the 5 girls!. I cannot rate highly enough the facilities, comfort & effort afforded to the bridal party, which enhanced their stay, right up to the time they left in wedding cars with Heather & neighbours waving them away with claps & cheers.”

“Had a great stay at Teddington Lodge! I was there for a week and this was the perfect accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was great to use and equipped with all the supplies necessary to make small meals. The inclusion of a free laundry room on each floor was helpful. The lodge is within walking distance to a number of grocery stores, shopping stores, and restaurants. Hampton Court Palace is also in walking distance through Bushy Park. And if you are trying to go into London, the Teddington train station is nearby with service into the city centre. A great stay, thank you!”

“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“I was very nervous about today having had to book a tooth extraction. Dr Fionnuala Lyons spoke to me a few days before the procedure to ensure I understood what was happening and on the day she talked to me to make me comfortable She made sure I was calm before the extraction. She put me at ease by playing music from a concert we had both attended. She asked me what I was comfortable with I.e did I want to hear what she was doing throughout the process or did I prefer not to know. She recognized when I was uncomfortable or in pain and paused to ensure I was okay. I would definitely recommend her.”

“If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

“A spacious, well designed and immaculately finished Victorian house with a large kitchen and beautiful garden. Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. Host Tamara is absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 out of 5 experience.”

“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

“From your first step when you walk into the hotel up until you leave, you are treated like royalty by the stuff who can't do enough for you. The cleanliness all over is next level at this hotel. Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“We had an excellent weekend stay at the Canopy. On arrival we received a very friendly, welcoming and efficient check-in service from Connor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Due to a train delay, we arrived much later than planned, so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was delicious and, again, the service friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Not a huge selection, but still enough to choose from, and good quality. Our only issue was that the pillows in our room were too plump for our liking, but the staff promptly changed them for us. Throughout our stay, the staff were excellent. We would certainly stay here again.”

Downsides were there aren't enough hooks for towels in the bathroom and the street just outside the hotel entrance has a few homeless tents”

There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”
