“Hotel staff were all very friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient (close to Stratford Metro station & westfield shops etc). Rooms were clean and spacious. As the room I was in was on the side towards the station, it can be loud (notice when entered) however it didnt impact my stay or sleep. Got used to the sound and it blended into the background after I unpacked etc they also provided complimentary earplugs in the room which was very thoughtful. I was also able to leave my luggage with the reception prior to checking in. Would return to stay again :)”

“Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?”

“It is a scenic neighbourhood and has been recently cleaned. The nearby Boardwalk Place is a haven with best security and it is maintained to good standards. Despite not staying in the hotel, I can imagine how beautiful the views must be from Fraser Place.”

I havent received such a warm inviting interaction with someone when checking into a hotel, she had a genuine warm presence about her and was very professional and kind. Excellent service from Ahmed and Violetta, who looked after us personally and very efficiently throughout and couldn’t do enough for us to make out occasion smooth and enjoyable. “Perfect location nearby Trafalgar square and a couple of minutes walk from the Holborn tube station. The rooms are fairly big and clean. The bed was comfortable. 24x7 complimentary coffee and tea is available at the lobby. The crew was very kind and welcoming.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. It was was a lovely spacious room with ample space for what we need especially as we mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the time. The staff were really friendly especially at breakfast, our first couple of days it was really busy but the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was constantly being topped up and was fresh. I really liked they did gluten free bread on request.”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“Stayed one night. Very close to the underground, lots of places to eat nearby. Slept well, no issues with outside noise which is what you expect in London - so that was a bonus. Would absolutely consider this Travelodge again as it has a car park and the area felt safe.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome with a lovely surprise in our room after learning it was our first time in London! “Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“Excellent location in greenwich, the hotel itself was great, the rooms had everything you needed apart from an iron and ironing board.. there is a room on the second floor with 2 irons set up, that don't really iron your clothes the greatest. I’d definitely stay here again but I would bring a iron next time. Could be a safety thing but we definitely didn’t enjoy treking the corridors with a pile of clothing to be ironed.”

We’ll definitely be staying again. We stayed at the Premier Inn in Greenwich recently. Both visits were with Grand Children and it’s just so convenient that dinner and breakfast are on site . “Our fifth time staying here. The bar/dining area has been, very tastefully, renovated. Staff are excellent, professional and friendly (special mention for Ash, who is excellent) Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and tidy. Everything you need really. Location is great, with 2 tube stations within 3 mins walk and the, interesting, Spittalfields area 2 mins away. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the guys who work there.”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“Just stayed here for 4 days while on a course. Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Be nice if they did food as I'm sure they will eventually, but there are plenty places to eat nearby. Price for hotel was excellent and hotel far exceeded my expectations. Will happily stay again if in area again”
