They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. The prices might be slightly higher than your usual backstreet garage, but for the quality of work, they’re actually very reasonable. I also get my MOT done here. Everything is straightforward, no dodginess, no nonsense, just honest, professional service.”

“UPDATE: Upon booking my next session i asked the person on the phone if we can make sure to have someone i know and like to do my treatment as i was a bit disappointed last time. She was very nice and reassured me. Later i was called by the office and offered a compensation for the treatment i was unhappy with. (Mind you, i have been with them for years and i have always been on time, kind and respectful) I love this place, they helped me so much with my skin and been going for laser treatment for years. But the fact that each person does it in a different way is not always helpful. The last person was moving the laser so quickly it only flashed on me in every 3rd spot. Now i am more hairy than i was the previous time after 8 weeks... Session wasted pretty much”

“A magical place. First of all I would like to emphasize that the clinic offers an incredible atmosphere of peace and relaxation that we so much lack in our daily lives. Silence and at the same time a great empathy, makes you feel not like a product on a production line (as is the case in many other places offering similar services), but like a valuable person. Another important aspect is that in this clinic every procedure is treated very seriously and no one will persuade you to undergo procedures that are completely unnecessary for you or that could in any way threaten your health or life. Therefore it is very clear that the clinic is not only focused on profits but also on your well-being and your health. I used the Fotona 4D service and this service did not end with the procedure itself, which includes the list of services performed, but also extended to my personal dental problem. After the first session, the improvement in the quality of my skin was clearly visible and this treatment definitely took a few good years off my face, both visible and mental. What's more, I was able to come for the procedure on Sunday, which was very important for me. My procedure was performed by Ms. Magdalene, a person with great knowledge and incredible empathy for other people. During these visits I greatly expanded my knowledge about aesthetic treatments. Her knowledge and experience definitely goes beyond the average standards (not only in the field of aesthetic medicine knowledge but also general knowledge related to our health), which was of great importance to me. I will definitely come back to this clinic and especially to Ms. Magdalene and I also recommend this clinic with full awareness.”
