“One of the most freindly pharmacies I have ever visited. My wife, daughter, son in law and grandson all regularly visit the pharmacy for our needs, and are always welcomed warmly by the staff. Ms Shalini and her staff are all very helpful, without exception. We always get sound advice about our health needs, vaccinations etc. This pharmacy has taken over the role which a GP Surgery was traditionally expected to do.”

“Albany Radio Enfield is a blessing to the area and community. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and the service they provide is truly exemplary and unrivalled, you just won't find it in any of the big stores. The fact that it's a local family owned business that I can trust and recommend without hesitation is a massive massive relief. Went in there to get advice about our ageing fridge freezer and Allan is such a good listener he spent like a good hour with me going over the different models and features, all I get is honest truthful advice and even tips how to fix our old one but it needed replacing so I ordered with them. The fridge that arrived had a small dent in it and without hesitation, hassle or worry the good man himself Robin straight away reordered us a new one which he delivered today. The whole team is amazing, if you need advice on anything just give them a call or pop in you won't regret it. I'm a very critical and picky person and I never hesitate to call something out if I don't like it but every part of our interaction with them has been delightful. Thank you to all the team and I will be back and sending people your way for sure from now on!”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world. I remember being fearful of getting their basic husbandry wrong, and causing them harm, but their staff were quick to advise and reassure me. The staff here are patient, passionate, and helpful, just as they were on the day of the adoption. They are also always eager to know how the geckos are doing! Thank you, always!”
