“Spa day - Second visit, both times lovely. Friendly welcoming staff. Massage was best I've ever had and would be a reason in itself to go back. Afternoon Tea delicious as was evening meal. Facilities nice, steam and sauna, jacuzzi, space for a group to lounge by the pool or relax in one of two quiet rooms. Calm cafe and lunch rooms. It is a hotel with spa and gym facilities and close to Brands Hatch race track which can be noisy if you're outside, but we didn't need to venture outdoors. Would go back again.”

A thorough examination revealed eight sites on my hands, five of which had not been recognised in a Harley Street clinic and, finally, after months of NHS and home treatment they were finally removed by laser. There was no up-selling as I was quoted a very reasonable price and no more was asked, even after two visits for after care.”

She explained what she was doing every minute asking if I’m okay asking about my day, telling me about her background. Honestly if you need waxing or beauty hit up Bianca at Camden. “Went in for a shellac pedicure and it was by far the best I’ve had. Time was taken and I’ve come away with nothing short of perfect feet. Will be back again for sure! Edit: I had another pedicure plus a dipping power manicure. As before the service was amazing and I am beyond pleased. My manicure has lasted better than any I’ve had previously as shown by the photos (first photo when first done, second photo 2.5 weeks after appointment). Can’t recommend them enough.”

“This is hands down the best salon in Chiselhurst …all of the staff are super friendly and kind, and they’re all very good at what they do. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and these women definitely do and it shows through there work. They go above and beyond for elderly customers which I think is very admirable and are even very well trained to work on children’s nails… I have on several occasions brought my elderly mother and my youngest daughter whose 7 to the salon and we have all gotten our nails done and everytime they come out perfect. My daughter knows all the girls names and constantly asks when we can go back lol. I’ve had massages , facials, eyebrows just about everything done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep doing an amazing job girls.❤️ The salon itself is always clean and warm and even the cups that they serve hot drinks in are spotless which you don’t get in many salons these days! These girls are always doing something and I just want them to all know how much we as a family appreciate them❤️”

“We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“I discovered Spa Bar a few months ago, and I've experienced different treatments, all of which I have been highly impressed with. The lymphatic massages are incredible as are the facials. I'd highly recommend this salon and would definitely experience one of the lymphatic massages. Kiran is highly experienced and it's always lovely having a catch up with her during the treatments!”

“Absolutely amazing experience, I explained that I had only had my nails done Wednesday and they were so kind about it, advised me not to go back there because the acrylic was done to thin and they hadn’t applied anything right. A massive thank you to the lady that works there, I think she’s the owner, she made me feel so welcome, as I am autistic I struggle to go to new places and speak to new people but they were amazing and so understanding, had an amazing chat, so so happy with my nails, definitely going back”

She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. she made me feel I matter and when we go for a service that we put ourselves onto others hands, that is a very important skills to feel from the person that is looking after you. “Been here twice with my boyfriend, and looking forward to coming back soon. The facilities are great, the rooms are nice and big and the food at the Ellis restaurant is always outstanding. Since going there again, the supplement charge has risen though, but the quality of the food is fantastic. The spa treatments are also great and very relaxing. Recommend for a getaway!”
