“I am very sad to report that Maxims has, for months, been closed. There seems to be no evidence that anything has been moved or changed inside. The website states that it is 'temporarily closed' so I do hope that it will re-open very soon. I have eaten there many times and it was always a pleasure - pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and excellent food.”

“Went here last night for my husbands birthday. So glad we booked the place was pretty full. We have ordered take away from here that have been amazing but never eaten in. The food, staff and atmosphere were brilliant. They found out it was my husbands birthday ,played happy birthday song and brought out a cake with a large sparkler in it. This restaurant was so relaxing and caring we will definitely be returning.”

“I’ve enjoyed food and atmosphere here before but this visit was next level. The newish menu was fantastic. Salad was large, fresh and great ingredients. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. Wonderful visit and will be back and highly recommend!”

“Last week, my husband, our kid a nd I visited this spot during our London trip—£25 for 1.5 hours was so worth it! There were tons of fun things to do. We played the claw machines over and over, and that excitement of trying to grab a toy was awesome. We even ended up with two rubber balls—such a nice little win! All the staff here were amazing. The albanian manager was really friendly as well. Shoutout to Paulina too—she was lovely! We’ll 100% come back the next time we’re in London. Highly recommend it for families!”

“We LOVED using these boats in London. This was our preferred mode of transportation. The lines moved pretty quickly, it just depends on how early you make it there. And how late in the day it is (sometimes they would be behind schedule and have to leave early) The only negative was that the experience varied every time. Sometimes there would be a tour, and sometimes not. Overall would recommend, though. A great way to see the city.”

“I visited Eagle London recently after more than 15 years—and wow, what a great experience! It’s still such a cool, iconic venue, and I feel lucky that places like this are still around. In a time when LGBTQ+ spaces are disappearing, Eagle is more important than ever. It’s the perfect mix of cool nostalgia, good ol’ flirting, and fresh, welcoming vibes. The crowd was fun, the energy was great, and the whole night just had that special something that’s hard to find elsewhere. So glad I came back—and I’ll definitely be back again soon!”

“We initially came here to try out the cocktails which were delicious, especially the zombie passion fruit. We decided on a taco sharing platter, nachos, buttermilk chicken and bravas for four of us and was perfect, we even had some leftovers. Everything was really tasty. “Food is good and taste very good far from home still near to home, fish soup is good also. Bun and cheese is good fried dumpling and festival. Natural juice taste like being in Jamaica the only bad I would say is that in this new era they only accept cash”

“Some of the dishes are exceptional and very close to the original in Thailand (taking into account Ingredients might be different). The starter snacks are super. Larb Gai tort (minty chicken balls), pik Gai tort (deep fried split wings marinated in fish sauce) and DIY noodles were amazing!!! The Khao Soy (northern style curried noodles) was delicious!!!! The Krapow was okay (yet to find a good one in London) but still tasty. The service is excellent. Worth a visit!!!”

“Booking was easy online. While I needed to make a time change which required a phone call, it was quick and easy to do. We went for the all you can eat tacos, but found so many yummy things on the menu we ordered other items instead. The Ghost Rider Marguerita was delicioso, the homemade chips and guacamole was excellent (pomegranate seeds were a nice touch), the Mexican Fattoush salad was fantastic - finally some health vegetables on my holiday! The chicken and carne asada tacos were small yet superb. We could have ordred another plate, if we wanted, but opted for desert instead. The Empinada for me with chantilly creame was a perfect end. My wife apprciates ambiance, which Madera has even without the 15th floor view. Though of course, having the best meal on our holiday, while watching the sunset over London was a perfect end to our day. Last, but not least Sabuj took attentive care of us all throughout our experience. We are already planning on returning soon.”

“Managed to turn up and seat a group of 9 last Saturday evening. Service was fab - thanks Petero for looking after us! Very quick out with drinks and food. Had to send back corn on the cob as not warm enough but they sorted it super quick. Otherwise great. Lovely cocktails, delicious food. Kids meal was great value and the churros were really tasty. Will definitely head there next time we’re at the O2.”

Excellent service from Ahmed and Violetta, who looked after us personally and very efficiently throughout and couldn’t do enough for us to make out occasion smooth and enjoyable. “There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!”
