“There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!”

“I’m a regular customer at Domino’s and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. “We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. It was was a lovely spacious room with ample space for what we need especially as we mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the time. The staff were really friendly especially at breakfast, our first couple of days it was really busy but the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was constantly being topped up and was fresh. I really liked they did gluten free bread on request.”

“Great service from the team, very helpful and approachable. Rooms and breakfast was typical of premier inn, had good nights sleep. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There are few disabled parking places and as it was not so busy the manager was kind to allow parking on Christmas Day. Location is 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only recommendation would be to have some Christmas cakes for breakfast in the future.”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. “Excellent location in greenwich, the hotel itself was great, the rooms had everything you needed apart from an iron and ironing board.. there is a room on the second floor with 2 irons set up, that don't really iron your clothes the greatest. I’d definitely stay here again but I would bring a iron next time. Could be a safety thing but we definitely didn’t enjoy treking the corridors with a pile of clothing to be ironed.”

“We arrived tired and hungry , everything was brilliant. Really warm welcome from Jan and Priya. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Foods really good value , rooms were lovely and clean. “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“One of favourites to stay in for london, outside the main area so usually a little cheaper but 5min from a DLR station and worst case, 15min walk from the Elizabeth line (you can also dlr closer, but then you'll stand on the platform and ve able to see the slr station you cane from its that close), so easy access to central London and with the tube - Paddington, Heathrow and slough/reading all in practical direct reach. Relatively new build so good condition and quite a nice bar area, not a squeezed in after thought. Usual warm welcome from the staff, it is the people that make the brand...”

“Went on a very merry Christmas lunch cruise, it was organised through a local coach company but there were plenty of other people there to,. We were given a complimentary glass of bubbley on arrival then took our seat for the 3 hour cruise down the Thames while they served our 3 course meal, the food was very nice and we had a singer who sang Christmas and other well known songs and crackers on the table made a great fun day out.”
