“I’ve had a really great experience at this dentist with Dr Alisa Patel. Throughout my pregnancy I wasn’t able to have root canal treatment and had to wait a while but after many months was able to have the treatment and had a white crown fitted. I was made to feel reassured and really well looked after throughout, especially during the current covid madness.”

“I've been going to this practice for longer than I care to recall! I think I'm in my 40th year now with family dental practice. Please take no notice of the silly woman who denigrated the Receptionist saying she had no reception skills. SUE is absolutely lovely, until my father passed away we all went to family dental practice, including my mum & dad, my auntie and uncle, my husband, myself and our son. My cousin did work experience there and is a dentist herself now on the strength of it!!! Keep up the good work!”

“I’ve had the good fortune to be taken to Croydon University Hospital around 03:00 am. on Wednesday 5th November for blood test. The chest pain I had was caused by my heart, I was told. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”

“Attended for a Venogram recently. I found where I was supposed to be easily. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful, reassuring me at every stage. One nurse introduced herself to me who I had spoken with on the phone earlier in the year. She had been so helpful explaining the purpose of the Venogram and arranging when I should attend. When taken to x-ray room it was like walking into a science fiction film set. Again, really lovely nurses and the radiographer explained everything. After the procedure they showed me on a screen what they had found, fascinating to see. Back to the ward where I was offered tea, coffee and a sandwich. The doctor came to see me to explain where we go from here in a really friendly, reassuring way. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the medical team, 5 stars does not seem enough”

“I was at Charing Cross hospital for my surgery and it honestly restored my faith back into NHS. Maybe I got lucky but the whole team were incredible. My surgeon was Dr Elizabeth Dex and her team were so nice, patient and compassionate. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive positive team. My recovery nurse Peter was so lovely too, he really took care of me and it’s so nice to have people around you who genuinely care for their patients. Mr Branmaire (I may have spelt his name wrong), as well was so cool and accommodating and kept my sister updated throughout which was reassuring for her so she knew what was going on. Charing Cross hospital, Imperial college London was I found was a great experience! Thank you all!”
