βIβve been coming here for an year now and to be very honest I love it! In terms of ambiance is fantastic, I see quiet a few regular faces at the time that I visit and the team is friendly and very supportive (they had to cut my locker twice due to me loosing the key during training) in terms of equipment is very well equipped and in great conditions.β
βI did Boxing PT session with Nathan and it was so enjoyable. He's very good, skilled and I honestly progressed so much in a small amount of time. Thank you! Looking forward to more sessions soon!β
βI'm astonished by the negativity of some of these reviews. I have had two extremely good therapists here. The first had to leave after about 8 months for personal reasons (I think an illness in the family), and I am still in therapy with the second therapist who is highly skilled and experienced, as well as being compassionate and caring. WPF has a sliding scale of fees, which make it affordable for almost everyone, are located in the heart of London Bridge, and have a very good reputation. They are a training institute, but that is not a secret, and all those attending who left negative reviews would have been informed of that by WPF. It is hard for me not to conclude that the people leaving them were doing a bit of projecting...β
βI have nothing but good things to say about this school. Both of my children have done well here. My son started in year 7 with good but not brilliant results, he is now in the first year of sixth form having gained 9 GCSE's a-b grades and is on course for university. My daughter is doing exceptionally well in year 9, in all subjects. They're not perfectly behaved, they have fun in school and and are both very active - they like being at school, never want to take time off and have always achieved high percentage of attendance. They also make no bones in complaining if something isn't right - but hopefully do it in a constructive way. As parents we try to always show solidarity with the school in front of the children, but when we do complain, the school are generally receptive and sort things out. There are no doubt very badly behaved children within school and Cleeve is in my opinion used as the local dumping ground for troubled children, but the school has an holistic approach to learning, it cares about each and every child as a whole It has some fabulous teachers Mr K - an amazing math teacher and form tutor, Ms Morgan - has the finger on the pulse with every child, Mr Bone - brilliant, Mr Luck, Miss Goody, Ms Crozier and the fabulous Ms Stokes to name but a few....... My children have had brilliant opportunities with this school Duke of Edinburgh award, skiing trips, choir, drama, french trips, competing in the bexley athletics, University trips, engineering awards, sports leadership, mentoring to name but a few. The school has lovely grounds and makes a real effort to keep the school tidy and clean despite the efforts of some pupils who obviously don't know how to behave. I think its very sad, that children/parents feel the need to say such awful things about their school without balancing their comments with all the efforts that are made for the children who want to learn.β
βI just started in this school and i absolutely love it, the people i have met are amazing and now were as close as peanut butter and jelly, the teachers are kind if u be kind to them the food is delicious and i think more people should join this schoolβ
βreally apreciate the help am reciving from camhs , people go way to harsh on this place when there are trying there best using the resources they have the best way they can ,β
βMy experience at this GP has been underwhelming and below expectations. However, Dr Aktar cared for my baby and me when we were unwell. I am grateful to her. She is exceptional. We need more people like her in the NHSβthose who are well-trained, understanding, patient, and caring. God bless her!β
βI do not usually leave reviews. I read some really negative comments below. I wanted to say this has not been our experience at all. Hollybank itβs self is a well maintained building that has just been updated. Itβs bright and cheerful. All efforts have been made with consideration all the childrenβs needs. I have only ever seen the place look very clean and tidy. They even pop my child clothes in the wash if get used during her stay. Which is very helpful and appreciated. All the staff I have found to be warm and friendly. With complete commitment to treating all the children with love and care. The staff are very special people that should be commended for all their hard work. The staff go above and beyond to make each individual child happy. For example when my daughter when stays they get all the food she likes make they buy her favourite food like strawberries. This attention to detail is very heartwarming and means a lot as a parent. I have bumped in to a hollybank member of staff she recognised me and we had a lovely chat about my daughter. In other reviews below Pat the manager has was brought up I have always found her great to go to if I need help or information regarding my child. There are many staff that all deserve a shout out but I am just going to mention Matthew as he got some negative feed back. I believe this is completely unjustified. Matthew is an amazing nurse. He looks after the children with true care and compassion, while being always be professional. I am truly glad someone like him is looking after my child. He is kind, caring and funny my daughter loves him. Although I think she can be a little bit naughty for him, he takes this all in his stride. Especially as he time to get to know her so well. Any time he needs to know or check something about My child he will call me. I personally like him very much and appreciate all his had work. Appreciate all the hollybank and staff. I wish I could show my gratitude to each and every member of staff, they make a huge difference in the lives of families with special needs children. I feel so fortunate to have my child being looked after by such wonderful people.β
βI have been taking my son here to SLIPS and it has really helped his speech and heβs had so much fun while going there and heβs only finished 3 sessions and heβs spoken so much more than he did 3 weeks ago they give you so much tips.β
βVisited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcomingβ

βTreatment at this clinic has been good. The staff, nurses and professionals are caring and dedicated to getting patients the help they need. They create a supportive environment that makes a real difference in the recovery process. Which is of course, very much appreciated. Want to wish a Merry Christmas and happy new year in advance, to all. And of course your loved ones as well! Many thanks!β
βHad a very good experience with Dr. Donohue here today - very professional and he listened to me at length and helped me with a plan of action. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful too. FYI there's a free car park just outside the building.β
βFor some that say itβs bad my child is on Tv now maybe itβs ur child thatβs the problem donβt go putting people down just because of ur child is mind and behaviour this school is trying soo hard to make this world a better place donβt go out advising others not to send their kids here they could become successful YR 6s keep it up once I go there u will have the best education and friends listen to your hurt and not other and their opinions the are failures because of their behaviour if someone goes to that school when they grow up they will be rich successful and accomplished their dreamβ
βMy husband had a blood test booked here today, first time at this location as the Walthamstow clinic we have used before is closed. Was a bit anxious given the reviews, but after dropping him off at the door at the rear of the building, I pulled into the parking lot opposite. Sent him a message saying where I was parked, got out to faff about with some stuff in the boot and, by the time I was closing the boot, he was walking back towards me, all done! He said the staff were really nice, too. Cannot imagine how it could have been a better experience. Thank you!β
βExcellent appointment with Dr Martin. I went in worried about my newborn being sick. He was empathetic and professional. I left feeling reassured and cared for. Thank you very much.β
βIt's only been a week but I'm so impressed by this school and their priorities and their focus! My daughter joined a week a go and was bullied badly in first day which was devastating. The way the school dealt with it was nothing short of on par. I'm so impressed! I avoided this school for rumours etc for 3 years but had to give in due to change of circumstances. First day was devastating but the school absolutely nailed it and my daughter is so happy there! Really incredible response from the school. Yr 8 leaders ..hats off!!!! Xx thank you so so much xβ
βRecently went for our travel vaccines. Reception was helpful and offered flexible appointments. The nurse on the day was really knowledgeable and patient with my nerves around needles. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.β
βCalled on behalf of my mum, very helpful receptionist. You can tell they work hard and deserve recognition for being on the frontline. Can't stand people complaining about a FREE NHS service. got a problem? go private, stop wasting people's time who are much more grateful for the cancer treatment they receive.β
βI want to express my sincere gratitude for the team of Aspen Ward Hospital for the patience, compassion, and desire to help patients. Staying here made me more connected to myself. Comfortable sleep, amazing food, sufficient socializing activities. Several things to recommend: 1. Allow 60 min of outside experience (woods, hiking) 2. Add garbage bins 3. Add music facilities in rooms 4. Have daily therapy sessions both at group and individual level 5. Provide ear plugs for patientsβ
