They are always reasonably priced and I’m never kept waiting, although they are a busy garage. Thank you guys. “As a woman, we were treated amazingly. This is how I want to start with. Roland, we are grateful to have met you, you will be our mechanic until you retire. After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.”

“I had a walk in appointment at Headmasters and was looked after by Alexandra. She gave me a really thorough consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and explaining step by step what she was going to do. Without me even asking, she prepared a relaxing hair wash with a massage chair and footrest. I absolutely loved it! She completely turned my day around. Alexandra also told me about upcoming sales which was really helpful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Excellent service at a very affordable price.”

“I had an amazing experience with my stylist, Tina - she is a godsend honestly. I got my hair cut with her earlier this year and she adapted what I asked for to go with my parting and it looked amazing. I went this weekend to dye my hair red and it looks better than I could have imagined I am beyond happy with it and would definitely reccomend. I don't even live in Croydon anymore I came down because I knew Tina was working and would make sure it turns out amazingly. I am so so so happy with it !!! “We had a fantastic experience. We went in without any knowledge of floors and by the time we walked out, Priscilla Krishnan made sure we knew everything. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track. It took us a good few months to order due to issues with our construction, but when the time came we went back to the store and placed the order with her. The delivery came on time with no issues. The product is very good and I'll recommend this to anyone.”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

“This is my second time using this garages service. I have found the staff to be very polite and friendly. They don't talk down to you and give valid advice regarding your vehicle. I would highly recommend this company. I need things done to my car which are not vital but could get worse if not dealt with. They told me what needs to be done without putting pressure on me. They are very matter of fact with their advice, which makes you trust them. I am extremely happy with this garage and glad my friend encouraged me to use them.”

“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”
