Marianna has been doing my hair since July and I cannot recommend her enough. Please please go and see her if you can, she’s the best cutter, and hair highlighter I have ever met. “We absolutely love Mucky Pups for our puppy's food and treats. They stock a great selection of high quality raw and natural treats (plus a good selection of other types of food too) and the lady who owns it is not only lovely but super knowledable about dog food and really helpful. We drive from Chelsea just to get our food from here even though we could buy it closer to home as we love this business so much. There is a groomers in the back also and the dogs always seem so happy and look fabulous after their grooms!”

“We came here for dinner via the Fork. Place is close to Richmond station with free parking nearby after 4:30pm. We got the poppadum. We had the pani puri, sheekh kebab and paneer tikka. All were great with a kick to it. For the main we got Lamb saag and chicken curry with naan and rice. The food was quite spicy and flavourful. Bill was around £55 which is reasonable.”

“My wife and I were rushing to the airport and got a bit lost, some train lines were closed, and stumbling upon this place in a hurry and quite hungry. We ordered two pork bao and two Thai milk teas. The bao was freshly handmade on the spot, and super juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Thai milk tea was equally satisfying, perfectly hitting the spot. The service was impressively quick, which was a lifesaver given our tight schedule. We ordered, waited just a few minutes, ate, and were back on our way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in the UK.”

The atmosphere is calm and inviting never too noisy, just the right place to relax, read, or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and there’s a genuine warmth in the service that makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. The coffee is consistently good, smooth and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality; every cup feels freshly made. But what truly stands out here is their banana bread it’s freshly baked every morning, perfectly moist, and has that subtle hint of cinnamon that makes it irresistible. It’s simple but absolutely delicious, and no surprise that it sells out quickly during the day. Beyond coffee and pastries, the food menu is also impressive. They have tasty brunch options and light meals that are fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Everything feels made with care rather than rushed or pre-made. Overall, this place has a really nice vibe great coffee, fresh food, and genuinely kind people. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around Putney!”

“We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raft Richmond to anyone, and infact already have!”

If you need help, there's a very cheerful staff member prepared to help you right at the entrance. The use of technology to improve the corner store shopping experience is truly fantastic. The store was well-stocked with everything you'd expect to find at a local corner grocery shop - dry goods, snacks, cold drinks, hot food, ready-to-eat meals, fresh produce, dairy, etc. The prices were also extremely fair. You'll find many AmazonFresh labeled items - similar to a store branded item. It's truly a breeze to walk in, pick up what you need and then walk out. We received our receipt, which was accurate, approximately 2 hours later.”
