“Phoned at 9 20 on Saturday morning for an anniversary.bouquet and this was made up and delivered just over 1 hour later, great service!”

“Was looking for separate undercounter fridge and freezer units. Arrived as they were just starting to pack up (4.30 approximately). Managed to find two units I was happy with for a reasonable price. They were able to deliver the same day. New units plugged in by 6.30. After a few days, I noticed the fridge wasn't as cold as I expected. Left it a few days longer adjusting the temperature in case it was my fault for not using it correctly. Phoned the shop, explained the issue. I expected to be told it needed re-gassing or maybe new thermostat. They wasn't able to provide an engineer to look at it but instead came the next day and replaced the fridge completely. Very fair prices and very good customer service. Would recommend”

“I could not recommend Liam enough. He was professional, punctual and good value for money. He was also very thoughtful as he made us a priority when our boiler could not be fixed ( extremely old boiler) and needed a new one. This was very important as we have a toddler and young baby. I would highly recommend him and he is a genuinely nice guy.”

“I go to this Starbucks because Lauren and the team really care about their jobs. Which would be unique anywhere, but they are the only coffee shop in Romford that does. Consistently exceptional! Today Natasha, at 1 minute to closing happily made me a flat white and only after completing the drink did they realise that they hadn't included the extra shot. With the stress of customers having to be sho'ed away every 30 seconds because they can see me in there. Having supposed to have finished... That still... Without hesitation. Put the coffee to the side and made another, with three shots and arguably better Latte Art than the one before, was fantastic and shows a very solid moral courage! I felt respected! Thank you all, it's a pleasure being your customer.”

“My daughter recently needed four healthy teeth removed under sedation as part of her orthodontic treatment for braces and understandably was quite nervous about it. Andrea was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her calm, reassuring manner instantly put my daughter at ease, and the way she spoke to her so warmly making conversation friendly and positive really helped her feel less anxious. It was clear that Andrea is extremely experienced and truly knows what she’s doing, which made us feel completely safe and in the best hands throughout the whole process. Her gentle, compassionate approach made a daunting procedure so much easier for my daughter. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Andrea provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

“An underrated store in my opinion. So many times I have gone in here and found what I need, often at a much better price. Best example being Cuprinol Shades paint - was £4 for a tiny tester pot in b&q and I think we bought multiple 1 litre tins of paint for £6! Got the garden fences done for an absolute bargain!”

And there is a popular cafe on the first floor. I am glad that I have found what I need to buy and self service tills are available for quick pay and go. The staff are hardworking and attentive!”
