βCouldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.β
βA standard Premier Inn as you'd expect and looking like it has had a recent makeover. Our room was modern, clean with ample storage for our one night stay. Reception staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even though the booking in process was a little slow, they were great. Water pressure is low, so washing shampoo out of a lot of hair, not a problem for me, but it was for my wife, takes a little while. Easy to drive to, just a few minutes off of the A13 and with several bus routes running past the hotel. I don't think we've stayed in a better Premier Inn.β
βI rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Crossβand especially with Claraβdeserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have youβand so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.β
βWe arrived late after travelling in the pouring rain and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before and find it is a great base for our trips into central London. We will no doubt stay again. The breakfast bar is always full, fresh with great service if needed from the staff. Thank you.β
βEnjoyed my stay here with my friends. Staff are very nice and friendly. They stored our luggage and gave us early access to the room that we booked. Spa and gym were clean and quiet. Rooms are decent size. Very fresh smell also helpful staff.β
βI've been staying here on work once a month for the last 2 years. It's a consistent, solid premier inn hotel. Staff are lovely. James is a legend. None of the rooms I've been in so far have been haunted.β
βI loved the place! It was easy to check in, the rooms where great! And it seemed like they had thought of everything ! Great experienceβ
βConvenient for Finsbury Park Interchange, clean, reasonable facilities and equipment in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Can't ask much more for the price.β
βBrilliant staff excellent hotel manger checked us in, she is a credit to the company was very helpful and help us to find train station even printed of a map for us to get to our location in Londonβ
βI utilise this place multiple times a month due to working in London. They are amazing. The staff are great, the place is always immaculately clean, it's in an excellent location and quite honestly one of my favourite places to stay in London.β
βCozy hotel inside heart of the city of London. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Every evening small piano concerts. Affordable price. Highly recommended.β
βWe had a one nights stay here. Ernest made us feel really welcome on check-in and the following morning at breakfast. Our room was very clean. We had the Continental breakfast which was great value. Will stop here again when in Hampton Courtβ
βThe cleanest travelodge Iβve ever seen. Rooms and service areas spotless, attentive staff, close connections to London Bridge, Heathrow and Gatwick. The only small issue I have was I prefer stronger water pressure in the shower and a way to turn on the bathroom extraction. 5/5 well done to staff.β
βThe hotel itself was really nice and clean rooms were spacious and pleasant with complimentary tea and coffee. It also had a fan in the room which was appreciated in this weather. Beds were clean and comfy with good pillows. Breakfast was ok with your standard English breakfast but there was no vegetarian or meat free alternative, so just beens mushrooms and eggs for vegetarian options, with cereal and pastries also on offer. The downside to this hotel was the that it seems to be in a deprived area with police seeming to be on call every other hour. There is an Aldi directly across from the hotel but was fronted by drug addicts and homeless however they didn't seem to cause any issues. So overall, not in the best area but I would stay here again but only as a layover for the night with the very cheap price playing the biggest part in that.β
βIt really exceeded our expectations! Great design, overall modern and warm feel, very service friendly (early checking and late checkout was possible without a blink), great cafe, free water and coffee available. Really happy and would always come back.β
βThis must be the cleanest Travelodge I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate. All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Martina for her warm and friendly welcome at Reception after my long journey: her patience and kindness were really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending & staying here againβ
