βI stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ealing for one night as I had a party nearby. I would like to thank the team for a wonderful stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled very professionally. The gentleman who checked me in recognized my membership, provided all the necessary information, and kindly offered a late check-out. As someone who works in the same industry, I truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you once again for a pleasant and comfortable stay.β
βI stayed here during my trip from Japan. All the staff were very kind, and it was reassuring that they are available 24 hours. The place was clean and had a bright, welcoming atmosphere. It made for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the UK. Thank you very much.β
βUsual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?β
βA lovely little boutique hotel. Friendly staff who let me choose which room I wanted. The rooms themselves are nice and modern. Nicer than bog standard bedding. Appreciated the complimentary biscuits and slippers! Also really liked how there was a fridge in the room!β
βLovely experience! Very clean and the staff took good care of us. Ali at reception is a star! He made an effort to converse with us, hook is up with all of the amenities, and make us feel at home.β
βI know the Dog and Fox very well but had never stayed in the hotel. It was a great decision, a beautifully comfortable bed, spacious and clean room . Breakfast was also excellent with multiple choices of continental and traditional dishes on offer. All cooked dishes were prepared to order and piping hot. My stand out part of the visit were the staff, highly trained, cheerful and helpful. In the bar, restaurant and reception they didnβt fail to impress. I have to also mention housekeeping , although I didnβt see them it was obvious they were working hard in the background to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Canβt recommend enough and will definitely be back .β
βIt was a great place to stay, 6-7 min walk from Moorgate Station and just 2 min walk from VFS centre which was my main motive to be in london. They have 24*7 check in and it was convenient. They also have a bar and offers breakfast too at reasonable price. All the facilities were clean and guests were respectful.β
βWe stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls Iβve had β thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.β
βThis Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the βSaturn Wayβ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.β
βThis place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!β
βJust back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas. Booked up to return before we left ! Thanks Thriftwood team.β
βRecommend to anyone very clean and tidy. Family runned business very helpful staff. Located in the centre of town park really nice areaβ
βOur staff stayed at Love and Peace Cottage for a two nights and they ended asking to extend for another three days. The place is meticulously warm, with clean rooms , bathroom and the facilities readily available plus Great break fast . But the highlight for the staff was the Manager of the place , Patricia who was described as extremely helpful, caring and understanding.β
βBest pub about for Miles. Lines and Glass's are crystal Clean. It's a Locals Pub but one which is very Welcoming. Always has 4 Ales on and 2-3 Guest Ales. Staff are Polite and Pub is kept spotless. Land lady is Brilliant reason Pub is Very Popular.β
βRan by honest people with integrity. I accidentally left my wallet and passport in the room, both were shipped back to me within a few days, saved me a lot of hassle and panic.β
βI donβt do spare much and this was amazing . Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didnβt waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldnβt have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kindβ
βFabulous hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are large and very tidy, clean and have everything you need. It is refreshing to see that this hotel still provides daily room service, rooms tidied and beds remade, makings topped up. It just shows how this customer service can still be provided. Some of the mainstream hotel providers like travelodge and Premier should take a good look at the service provided by this hotel. It is still possible and goes a long way to making customers feel comfortable and valued. Thank you Shendish Manorβ
βLoved how they preserved the authentic manor vibe. Service was excellent which makes up for the absence of a lift. We really enjoyed our stay.β
βWe have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.β
βI have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed Iβve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.β
βRafayel on the Left Bank is an interesting boutique / eco-luxury hotel with many appealing features (river views, spa, spacious rooms, design touches) but it has notable inconsistencies and quirks. Whether itβs a good fit depends on your priorities, tolerance for imperfections, and expectations. Best for: β’ Guests who value unique design, riverside views, spa / wellness, and boutique experience over perfect polish. β’ Those comfortable with being a bit removed from the very center and willing to use transport to get to central attractions. β’ Travelers looking for more βvalue luxuryβ β i.e. a luxury hotel that might cost less than top-tier central 5-stars.β
βExcellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (Β£70 for the whole week, rather than Β£38/night onsite).β
βLovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.β
βMy second time staying. Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and will look after your case behind reception after you check out if you want to do a bit of shopping or grab lunch before heading off home. Rooms are very good value for money considering you are in Covent Garden, and they are basic, clean with comfortable beds and a mini fridge.β
βNovetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.β
βWe stayed here for a concert at Wembley Stadium. Really good check-in and out times, perfect to charge your phones and yourself before heading off, and then you don't need to check out until 11 am. There's no breakfast, but that didn't bother us as we just went to the McDonald's which is on the way back to Wembley Park Station, and I'm told there's a great cafe open Monday to Saturday within a few minutes walk. We were given a great room, very quiet, extremely comfortable beds and a lovely big shower. Loads of space and will definitely stay again next time we have a concert.β
βLocation is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.β
βI only got here today but so far very pleased. The toilets are very clean just like the site. It's about a mile to the underground so I can easily get to my family in hainault and elm park.β
βEnjoyed our post wedding syay here. The room was clean. Had a cooked breakfast the next day and always pleased when it's served hot. Would recommend.β
