βThis must be the cleanest Travelodge I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate. All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. A special mention to Martina for her warm and friendly welcome at Reception after my long journey: her patience and kindness were really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending & staying here againβ
βGreat for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25Β£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.β
βI was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to Β£6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly Β£11 for it.β
βVery grateful for the saleman called Taz. He was so friendly and very helpful. Thank you !β
βBest place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave, iron and iron board!β
βWe had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.β
βWe stayed here for two nights and were completely satisfied. We had a private room with two single beds and a bathroom. The room was small but cozy. It was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure in the shower wasnβt very strong, but it was enough for showering. The staff was very friendly and always helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall, we had a very good stay.β
βThe staff was very appropriate and kind while the place couldn't get any cleaner! The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.β
βHad a really good time here. Spent about 5 nights here and my family and I enjoyed it. We used a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for a family of 5 with 2 small children. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent....right on a few major bus routes making it ridiculously easy to get into the centre of London or Legoland. While they don't serve food themselves, there is an amazing restaurant next door that does breakfast, brunch or lunch, and the hotel is walking distance to a small service tesco.β
βA short walk from the tube. Our room was small, but big enough. It had an ensuite with a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a decent TV. We only stayed one night, and were made to feel very welcomed by everyone there. Excellent value for money too.β
βNice ppl and friendly, clean building and very organised communityβ
βVery helpful polite staff, they made us feel welcomed. Clean rooms and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Prefect location for travel around the city finsbury park station has the best travel links in and out of London. I will definitely book again when I stay in london as it was great value for money and prefect for my family.β
βWe are a Spanish family with two young children who stayed at the hotel last week. The experience was excellent. The room was very spacious with two separate large beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. We would like to highlight the professionalism and excellent personal service of the receptionist, Jugal Shah, who selflessly helped us during a difficult time. We are very grateful, and if we return to London, we will definitely stay at the Axiom again.β
βWhat a nice and comfortable place this is ! When my kids were almost grown-up, I slightly broken my neck and felt like visiting the UK . I knew this hotel occasionally and stayed with much satisfaction. Since the visit , I have been to the UK four times. But I always book a room of this hotel before buying a ticket to Heathrow. The staffs are very very warm.β
βGreat location! Just 15mins away from Central London. Easily accessible and reasonable prices. I had a really pleasant time and the rooms were clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staffβs excellent customer service. All of the people were very helpful and wonderfully patient with their time and advice. I so enjoyed my stay there and I hope to return.β
βI really liked the hotel - rooms were comfortable and really clean. Location was also great - the receptionist was very kind and helpfulβ
βWe are from york and we found this place so affordable price. 7 of us ate till we cant no more and the bill was Β£98. The naan were a bit dry.β
βLovely, clean room with sufficient supplies. Easy to get to the room via lift or stairs. Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Easy access to shops/cafes/restaurants and car park. Very comfortable bed with minimum noise.β
βBrilliant Location, friendly staff who greet you with friendly interaction, with welcoming vibes. The bed I had was very comfortable, with a nice warm hot shower. Clean ,friendly ,perfect location, 10 out of 10 for my stay.β
βI don't know what people are talking about when they're complaining about this suite. Everything was great! The host was welcoming and friendly. I'll be sure to come here again on my next trip to London and bring my family along.β
βWe was in the room no 4o in Christmas time. Everything was very clean. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. No matter what, there was always someone there for you. We'll be back! Liudmyla, Olga, Felix, Julia, Svitlana and all the another one's you guys are incredible. β€οΈ Happy new year all of youβ
βAbsolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.β
βWhen I arrived outside I was thinking the worst. But my room was excellent. Man at reception was a jolly character and good laugh. He let me leave my bags as I was too early to check in. Will stay here againβ
βHad good stay with Bell House. Kelvin was very helpful during check in and made some good suggestions for things to go out and explore. Note itβs a cheap hostel so itβs very minimalistic and the walls donβt keep any noise in or out.β
βVery friendly place, got a bigger room for same price. Comfortable bed and cosy room. Good place when you need place for rest on your trip. I got more than i expected. If you want luxus, you go somewhere else, but this is very good if you are budget traveller like me.β
