“Really loved the service and my nails. Rezia was so calm and listened to what exactly I wanted. Even when it took a while to pick a specific shade of blue. She made sure that I was happy each step of the way. I am getting so many compliments on my nails and love showing them off to my friends.”

“A really incredible food experience made better by the kindest and most enthusiastic team of chefs and staff. Every course was delicious, balanced, and well conceived. Each course also had such a different take on a new element than the last, constantly impressing. We loved hearing how each dish was contrived and redesigned from earlier iterations and seasons. At the end of our night, the staff were kind enough to spend extra time answering our questions about their ferments, reuses, and zero-waste methods. It was a really special experience! My parents, who are not typically a fan of vegetarian heavy dinners, absolutely loved it! A great spot for anyone interested in local, foraged, fermented, or thoughtful ingredients and dining.”

We went to see Sinners on a Monday at 2pm and were the only people in the screening, comfy seats and lovely and clean :) Tickets were £14 each, absolutely worth it and would now always choose over a chain cinema!”

“5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. “We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Stayed at this Holiday Inn just South of Regents Park near the heart of London for 5 nights at yhe close of August 2025.. It's close to the tube & other forms of public transportation aa well as pubs, restaurants, cafes, museums, etc. etc. The hotel hallways were a bit dated but the rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had everything except an omelet station. Their coffee machines made any type of hot drink imaginable. I had a couple of cappuccino every morning & they were much better than Starbucks. Their restaurant & bar were open until 11p.m. & room service was almost all day. For the price, this hotel just can't be beat for its location & amenities. Lastly, the staff were always dressed to the nines & incredibly polite & helpful. Book your next stay in London & you'll be glad you did.”

“Vue Cinema London delivered a solid overall experience when I went yesterday to watch Dhurandhar. Booking was straightforward, and getting in was quick with clear signage and staff on hand if needed. The screen and sound were strong throughout the film, and the picture quality stayed sharp with good brightness and contrast, which made the action and atmosphere land well. The seating was comfortable enough for a full feature, and the auditorium felt well maintained. It did get a bit busy around showtime, so there was the usual pre-film rush at concessions, but it moved reasonably fast. Cleanliness was generally good, including the seating area and common spaces. Overall, a reliable choice for a night at the movies in London—good presentation, smooth entry, and a comfortable watch. I’d happily return, especially for big releases where sound and screen quality really matter.”

“After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”

From the moment we booked, the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their support and kindness—even before we arrived—set the tone for a wonderful experience. We stayed in an accessible room, which was spotlessly clean, tidy, and thoughtfully laid out. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free, which we really appreciated. “I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”
