“Harris Chemist - Selsdon. I wrote a review about two years ago and since then nothing has changed much apart from their service has improved further, if there was such a think. My prescription was sent the G.P. this morning at around 11 a.m. By the time I drove from the surgery down to the chemist, which is about 10 minutes, the prescription was almost ready apart from one item. Waited for a minute or so and all my items (about 10 medications) were sorted out and I walked out thinking they deserve a mention. This morning three people need singly out, pharmacist Dipa, assistant Bharat and Kushi for their outstanding attention to detail. More power to owner Reema.”

“I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.”

“Update 3/2025: I have switched to this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy because the opening hours are more convenient than my previous pharmacy, and they have more of a personal touch. So far, so good. OP. I had to pickup a missed Amazon delivery at this venue. Collection was fast and efficient, and the pharmacy looks well-established as well as having fairly long opening hours, which is convenient.”

“I had tried 2 other pharmacies seeking an over the counter medicine for a mild but persisting skin issue on my eyelids. Both said there is something I can take, they can’t remember the name and they don’t have it in stock. I came here for my Covid jab and asked on the off chance they had it. The pharmacist not only knew exactly what product I needed but also said he would add it to their order coming the next day when I could pick it up. I’m so pleased with the experience and getting something sorted so quickly.”

“Dr. Khalid is the only dentist I've been seeing in the last year and a half. My teeth have seen too many breaks and fillings in the past couple of years, which I've only had temporary work done by private dentists to fix! She is upfront about costs and I knew she truly cared about the state of my teeth when she took her time to ensure the filling on my broken tooth was done properly and carefully. As expensive as the dentistry has been, I feel assured that she only gives me the best options that will only end in taking good care of my teeth! Thank you Dr. Khalid :)”

“I want to thank practice nurse Persis from Valley Park Surgery and greatly recommend that other patients try to ask to see her if possible. I had an appointment for a blood test this morning and was attended by her. She was very professional and friendly and was super efficient in her work. had countless blood test experiences in the past where some nurses would fumble for many long minutes to find the correct vein on my arm but Persis managed it on first try. It was simply a matter of applying sterilisation swipe, insert needle, and draw away. The whole process did not feel like it took more than an entire minute. So amazingly efficient! To me, what separated Persis from many other nurses I have seen in different GP surgeries in the past was that she was very thorough. She had clearly reviewed my medical records before seeing me and knew that I had yet to book an appointment for another test that was overdue so she offered to do that test for me since I was already there. And again, she was so skilled and efficient. A minute or two later, it was done! Amazing! Honestly it would have taken me more time to try to book an appointment online than having the test done by Persis! Thank you so much Persis! You exemplified what an excellent medical staff should be not through your words but through your actions.❤️”
