“Breakfast at The Level was a truly fantastic experience. The variety and quality of the food are exceptional, from the fresh fruit and natural juices to the freshly baked pastries and hot dishes prepared with care. “Wonderful calming atmosphere - nice furniture, good lighting, Classic FM gently playing. But not the place to go if you're in a rush! I visited a couple months ago and will return soon. The owner makes lovely strong coffee (I had the macchiato, so I'm sure there are gentler brews!) and takes great care in making sandwiches to order. He's an elderly guy so he's quite slow, but I didn't mind at all. And all for such a low price that I forgot I was even in London!!”

“The nicest couple I've ever met running a brilliant comfy hotel opposite a beautiful ancient historical park. Free car park. Plus they can have a decent conversation and very knowledgeable about the area and further afield. Modern clean showers phone tv and many drinks snacks on offer too.”

“Location is super convenient. Jay was super helpful! He made our stay very welcoming. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. This was an amazing place. Again Jay, shout out to you with your incredible service. Will come back !!”

“This is the happiest I've ever been at a hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows were fantastic (two size options - yay!). The staff is so friendly. Easy check-in and check out. You are close to your neighbors but I didn't hear anyone. The window opened all the way for fresh air. There was also the Eur slot vent with the option to open or close, and an A/C (though I didn't try the A/C). The TV included a handful of channels and the option to login with Netflix. The blackout curtains worked really well (helpful for jet lag). Hot water was hot, water pressure was great. Waterfall and hand held showerheads. The location is walkable to two different train stations. Even in the middle of the night people were walking the streets regularly. It felt very safe. Local pubs had friendly vibes. Hotel bar had travelers in it regularly working or sipping on cocktails. Room came with cotton rounds (yay!), Qtips, shower cap (yay!), hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner from a good brand. Iron was available on request. Laundry services are a one-day turnaround, drop off morning, get it back at night. Sink basin closes should you need to hand wash. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The tea was particularly yummy. The coffee was Nepresso with a variety of pods. The fridge included snacks and alcohol for cost, prices listed. The room also has a safe. The whole hotel was very clean. To set expectations, the room is smaller compared to maybe what someone in the US would be used to (it's London after all). Hangers and one small drawer for your clothes. No full length mirror and no where to place anything in the shower (ie your razor). The shower's a bit tight. No lifts (again it's London) but they are happy to help you with your bags. This place just had a great vibe and getting a good night's sleep is such a privilege when traveling. Highly Recommend.”

“This Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the ‘Saturn Way’ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.”

“This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

“Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?”

“A lovely little boutique hotel. Friendly staff who let me choose which room I wanted. The rooms themselves are nice and modern. Nicer than bog standard bedding. Appreciated the complimentary biscuits and slippers! Also really liked how there was a fridge in the room!”

“Excellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (£70 for the whole week, rather than £38/night onsite).”

“I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.”

From pool to gym, dance studio to cafe, facilities are excellent, the ethos unique and a cool vibe. Membership incredibly cheap for what it offers, even as an informal meeting place or resource for local schools etc. Long may it continue.”

“Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. Highly recommended”

“We ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking unexpectedly after our original booking at another hotel was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. “I’ve DJ’d fancy, private functions in countless boutiquey hotels over many years, and few can top this place for the flexibility, professionalism, helpfulness, and calm of its manager, Adrian, and his staff, notably Kate, Agata, and Tom. Between them The Manor set the scene for another wonderfully uplifting and spirited party. Definitely coming back with more clients who want to celebrate their special milestones.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”
