“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world.
