“Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.”

“I have been taking my Poochon Ace to Dogtastic now for over a year after a bad experience with a previous groomer so was very nervous to try somewhere new. Emma and Sarah were so reassuring that Ace's experience with them would be a good one and I have not looked back since. The girls are so kind and caring with him and as he is quite nervous, they make him feel at ease immediately. The groom is always perfect and I wouldn't take Ace anywhere else. Highly recommend them!”

“I used to take my Bichon to another groomers and they would just shave her all down (because it was easier and less time consuming) she is 9 years old and I was sceptical in taking her somewhere new. I’m so glad I did! They do a fantastic job EVERY TIME. She comes out even better than I expected with fluffy head, tail and feet, smelling cleaner than ever. I couldn’t recommend enough honestly. Everyone there are lovely and friendly especially Evgenia.”

“Have been taking my long-haired dachshund here for years. They’re pricey, but you do get what you pay for. They do a flawless job every time, and really listen to what I’m looking for. Very patient and kind with my dog and she’s always happy and relaxed with them. They also sell luxury dog shampoo, dog perfume and other grooming accessories, as well as high quality chews, snacks, walking accessories and so on. Very clean place that feels cheerful and elegant.”

“Kim & the team at Funky Dogs are excellent. My mini schnauzer is incredibly anxious and reactive at the groomers and she’s the only person who can work her magic with him! They treat each dog individually and communicate really well with the owner depending on what your needs are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Our daughter has been attending Aston Pierpoint Nursery for a year now and has progressed through each room, currently being in the Caterpillar Room. She absolutely loves it. Each day she is learning so much and staying active, which we can clearly see through the photo updates we receive on the Family app. These updates show her development brilliantly as she explores new things with such enthusiasm. What has been especially lovely is that she has made friends at nursery, and we have even met some of their families outside of Aston Pierpoint. It really feels like a community. We feel very lucky to have found a nursery that has ticked every box for us. Our daughter has grown in confidence and is developing into a kind and loving little person. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team at Aston Pierpoint. It would not be fair to single anyone out, as you all do such a wonderful job and work so well together. “Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

Our dog rec'd an insect bite while we were on holiday and we were kept well informed as LW took all the steps to get him swiftly seen by our vet of choice - and all was resolved. The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. “I have taken my two cockapoos to Dogtown many times and the service is always impeccable. Sam is nervous and can be snappy but the groomers are gentle and patient with him. Bruno has a tricky woolly coat which they always transform into sweet smelling fluff! Highly recommended.”

“We had a birthday party at the soft play and booked exclusive hire. Everything was ready and decorated before we arrived, all we had to do was turn up. The ladies organising on the day were superb, especially Nazmin who made sure the afternoon went to time. The food was cooked fresh and there was excellent communication between us and the venue. The play facilities are great, the kids had so much fun. Thanks Red Stairs Soft Play for a great day for our daughter.”

“My son started attending the nursery when he turned 2. He had a speech delay and struggled with social play. It only took a month for me to see how much of an astounding effect Ihsan had on my son. He started talking more, playing with other kids, listening to instructions etc and a major part of this development was the staff at Ihsan nursery. They also supported him with the local SENCO and support plan meetings with me and his key carer. This made me feel so assured that the areas where my son needs assistance in developing would be focused on and worked on during his time at nursery. It wasn’t just as if I was leaving my son with babysitters but I was taking him to a nursery that actually considers and really cares about helping children develop essential skills and qualities that will help them for the rest of their lives. I also used to take my twin daughters to the stay and play from when they were around 1 till they were ready to join the nursery. They absolutely loved it. I would go almost everyday and they had different themed activities, friendly staff and a clear routine (play, clean up, circle time) which really helped my daughters once they started nursery at Ihsan. My kids love it at Ihsan and I’m so proud that they are part of the Ihsan family.”
