British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”

After only a few hours of sleep he came back on the Sunday morning (even though he had plans with his family), identified the problem and rectified it accordingly.
