“Loved the last show. I helped out on the door as a volunteer as well as final pack up, and got to see everything from start to finish. I have to say Diane does an amazing job, it’s so well organised. From the branding, advertising on social media, to our briefing and T-shirts, to knowing who is responsible for what, where and when. The work and people were fun but expect to stand a lot, so flat shoes are recommended! We had time to look around as volunteers too. I enjoyed a massage, tarot reading and of course lots of delicious food. The talks and entertainment were great, something for everyone. Well worth volunteering to see all this - you need the weekend really!”

“GO TO BABYNEST! We went in yesterday for advice on getting a replacement car seat. We were bowled over by Chloe’s knowledge and expertise, and just how friendly and helpful she was without ever being pushy. She helped us fit our new seat and even came back out after I’d fed the baby to check she was safely seated. Just amazing customer service. Babynest specialize in larger items like car seats, cots and prams - HUGE range - but has the Stokke Tripp Trapp and accessories too. I wish they also sold weaning things and clothes as would be in there all the time! If you are expecting though - go here!! Thank you Babynest!”

“I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“I stumbled across Naybur Bros. But thank god I did. A great place to get materials, agreagates and turf. The staff are on the ball, helpful and know what they are talking about. Just tried to order some turf but they turned away the cash and advised me to wait for the weather to cool down. They are a hidden gem!”

After I had an undercoat can spill in the boot of my car , I came in for an advice how to remove it, but I got more than that , they let me use their back entrance to park my car and helped to remove most of the fresh paint working after the store was closed. Plus provided cleaning materials and running with buckets of fresh water up and down. Big thanks to a manager and two blokes, you are legends. Can't thank enough. All the best.”

Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“Had my kitchen, laundry and boot room supplied and fitted with Indoors Ltd. I had some very specific requests and they met all of them. Only one last minute change due to unforseen circumstances but that was no ones fault. Darren was always on hand to answer my questions, the fitters Dave and Matt were excellant, working long hours and made sure they got it right. The quartz worktop people they use were excellant. Started ripping out on 9th October and finished today 1st November. Would recommend 100%. Thanks Indoors”

“Modern , well organised professional dentist. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I admittedly missed an appointment due to having COVID , the clinic were very understanding and a new appointment was made . I love the ease of their website, it is very easy to use and very handy to make appointments and you can pick your own time slots. The clinic will send you reminders a few days before hand just in case you forget and confirmation emails. Reception are brilliant with enquiries. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but here I do feel comfortable and in good hands. Dr Freddie is Amazing, he always explains what he is doing and how long it will take which helps put my nerves at ease, He is genuine and very caring. His knowledge and dedication to dentistry is out standing. Overall you couldn't ask for a better service with amazing empathetic staff. Ample parking right outside with disabled access.”
