“Wow wow wow .. went into this place for a bacon roll and noticed some chicken on the griddle that looked amazing and straight away changed my mind and went for daily special . It was amazing and the size of the meal was crazy large . The chicken was perfectly seasoned the rice was cooked to perfection and the salad had a great dressing .. all I can say was this meal was delicious and perfect. Definitely see you again and thank you”

“AMAZING staff, so lovely and friendly, we did a fab deal for snacks with a soft drink, popcorn and little sweet/savoury pot for £9! We went to see Sinners on a Monday at 2pm and were the only people in the screening, comfy seats and lovely and clean :) Tickets were £14 each, absolutely worth it and would now always choose over a chain cinema!”

“Location is super convenient. Jay was super helpful! He made our stay very welcoming. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

The spa was a nice addition too. I would like to give a special mention to Nely and Tia, they went above and beyond and made my stay enjoyable.”

“For our family of four, the two-day pass at 49 pounds was a fantastic deal. The main stops included Westminster Pier (Victoria Embankment), Butler’s Wharf by Tower Bridge, and Greenwich, which was my favorite place to visit on this trip and is quite a distance from central London. The weather was perfect, so we stayed on the upper deck and enjoyed an amusing commentary on all the famous sites along the River Thames. I highly recommend this experience for a fun and scenic way to explore London.”

“I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.”

We were especially grateful for the unexpected and very helpful early check-in they arranged for us, which made a huge difference to our trip. A special mention and huge thank you must go to Neha, Rev, Shahrul, Aqil, Nashid, Revanth, and Mehmet for their super service. They truly made our visit memorable. ​As an unexpected, delightful surprise, we also received extra cookies as a gift—and they were super good and yummy! It was such a thoughtful touch that capped off the great service. ​This is definitely a place I would stay again in the future, without hesitation. Highly recommended!”

“What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

“If you’re looking for a central spot that’s close to all the go to tourist attractions (buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, etc) this is it! Hotel is clean and beautiful with a great staff and all your standard Marriott amenities with a nice little upgrade. And the view was absolutely unbeatable. They have a full roundabout drop off area which is really great for cab pick up and drop offs, a rarity in the city. We had afternoon tea at the Library which absolutely lived up to its reputation of beautiful views and great tea service. Kings cross was even a quick cab ride away. Overall 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and elevated stay in the heart of London.”

“Just wow, this is a full smile experience I took the 45min excursion and oh boy was it worth it, facts about London for the first 20 mins then once part the magnificent tower bridge the throttle is pushed and you glide into speed. The rib skips the waves with grace as you power down the Thames. Just excellent and better than the boring pedestrian River cruises that you just zip by. Only negative& it is only the one, the intro talk before boarding is delivered with no pep no real warmth of welcome, is that improves superb, no one wants to hear within 10secs of hello that they will be fined £75 for improper use of the life vest.”

“This truly is a lovely restaurant. The waiters are very caring and attentive. I need gluten free because I am celiac and they work with the chef to let you know what you can eat. The food tastes amazing. I have eaten here 2 nights in a row cos it was so good. My husband is carnivore so we struggle to find a good place lace. This is awesome.”

“One of our most favorite activities in London! Friendly girl selling tickets at Butler's Wharf. We walked there after a morning at the Tower and Bridge. We spontaneously went to Grennwich which we thoroughly enjoyed, loved the boat ride, as did our 3 yo, and great views of London with funny commentary. Highly recommend!”

“We LOVED using these boats in London. This was our preferred mode of transportation. The lines moved pretty quickly, it just depends on how early you make it there. And how late in the day it is (sometimes they would be behind schedule and have to leave early) The only negative was that the experience varied every time. Sometimes there would be a tour, and sometimes not. Overall would recommend, though. A great way to see the city.”

“We came to have dinner and try some indian food. We were delighted with everything, it being the best indian food we ever tried, and for a very reasonable price. We were incredibly served by Sab, who made us feel like home. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”
