“Took my car here for the first time to have the wheel bearing changed. They didn't just do an absolutely fantastic job but reattached my exhaust shield and tightened the handbrake free of charge! “Professional, perfect hair cutting delivered by a stylist who has an instinct for what's going to work. Beautiful, private, salon tucked away just behind the High Street. Turn left off the High Street at Costa and walk through the car park (opposite side to Morrisons car park); it's just a few short steps, tucked away in the far left corner. Press the buzzer to enter a completely private, safe, and calming space, and enjoy becoming even more beautiful than when you stepped in ! This place is a winner. Five stars.”

“I was having a slight issue with my passenger door on my Tiguan, so I popped into Marshalls Loughton today, unannounced, for advice with a view to book in if necessary. Not only were they extremely helpful and saw me straight away, they took the car into their workshop and fixed it there and then as it was just a minor adjustment required. I was so impressed and extremely grateful that they resolved the problem without the inconvenience of me losing the car. Thank you so much!”

“We ordered from Uber eats and the food was amazing. Chilli paneer is a "must have". We thought the curries had their unique taste. Not the taste of the standard curry sauce you find in every single East London Indian restaurant regardless of the ingredients. The food was fresh, not greasy, delivered hot and delicious. I wonder how we missed this restaurant all these days.”

“Was greeted with a warm hello and straight away informed of the parking situation, so put my reg in and was not fined. There were even 5 different notice signs in store about it when I visited on the weekend (the signs outside also state the parking, which is not owned by toolstation). Unfortunately saw another customer get verbally aggressive and threatening towards staff; I would also get blunt with customers if they behaved like that. Aside from that, had a quick and friendly service :)”

“The staff at Tooth Club Loughton were incredibly informative and supportive throughout my treatment. I had an implant and composite bonding, and the dentists were always transparent about the process. We worked together to achieve the look I wanted, which made me feel really involved in the decisions. My Invisalign treatment took a little longer than expected (which I understand is quite normal). The rest of the work was carried out efficiently, I’m really pleased with the results. The admin team were also fantastic, always helpful and making sure I never missed an appointment. It certainly delivered as the food tastes exceptionally fresh and good. I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing the somewhat negative reviews i had to write my own as i am genuinely very pleased after eating here. please give this a try!”

“Food was nice and quick, staff was so friendly especially Katylin i think she has a butterfly tattoo behind her ear. She was so nice and friendly and kept checking if we need anything at all, amazing staff member and you can tell she loves her job. Never experienced good customer service like hers.
