“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“I cannot recommend Dr Mo Rashidy enough! I had Botox for my forehead and lip filler done, and the results are incredible. The Botox looks so natural, no frozen look at all and my lips are just perfect. So soft, subtle, and beautifully shaped. It’s had such a lovely effect on my face, yet no one can tell it’s filler… which is exactly what I wanted! I’m extremely sensitive about my face and very picky. Since Dr Mo Rashidy treated me, I can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. He is simply the best!”

“Picked this venue for a coffee after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, the shop is a visual cornucopia of artistic delights. The drinks arrived in cute, hand painted cups and saucers, with small wooden spoons and the coffees adorned with coffee art. We sat and took in all the amazing decor which was for sale: cups, small serving dishes, bags, spoons, a menagerie of small crocheted animals with some in key ring form plus so much more. It was a feast for the eyes and brain to take in everything that was on display. The coffee was equally good and hope to try one of the cakes next time. An absolute joy for the senses and would highly recommend.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Aga at Trevor Sorbie Richmond, and it genuinely exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, she created a space that felt calm, kind, and completely attuned to me. I’d shared that I have ADHD - something I often hesitate to mention - but she picked up on exactly how best to work with that. She explained things clearly, without overwhelm, and made it easy for me to ask questions and feel at ease just being myself. That kind of intuitive empathy is rare. What really stood out, though, is her expertise. She’s not just skilled - she’s deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her craft. We talked through their new colour system (Yuv) and how to achieve a look that would be both long-lasting and flattering as it grows out. Her recommendations were spot on, and the result is both effortless and elevated - subtle highlights with face-framing that really lifts the whole look. The salon itself is lovely (the massage chairs at the backwash were bliss), and I left with sleek, healthy hair and a big smile on my face. See the photos — they say it all. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was completely happy with the cut before finishing up. You can tell he really takes pride in his work, and it shows in the final result. Highly recommend Mustafa if you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and actually listens to what you want. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Trendy little bar and Wine Shop in Putney London. A real gem in Putney Upper Richmond Road beautifully done up. Dee the owner is right on trend with his latest addition to Putney’s gastro/bar scene. Super wines from Spain Portugal and other emerging regions. A delightful red from Bulgaria will warm you up nicely with their wholesome Charcuterie or Cheese board in London’s cold winter nights! There are other Whites and Rose from Spain and Portugal to liven up your Summer days! Dee is always there to share his passion for selection of wines and cheese and happily recommends them to customers. You can order wine by the glass from a selection of twelve different wines which change every week.A must visit in Putney.”

“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

“Went to visit in way to twickenham for the rugby. Such a great find! Really calm, clean, elegant wine shop. Andy looked after us very well and recommended a stunning SA wine that was fantastic. And it was on their wine by the glass offer so an easy choice. Will definitely go again!”

“A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

“I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to. Nicky in Richmond is a jewel in the crown of Majestic and my experience is always great. Not sure if she is a Manager or Regional Manager yet but she deserves to be. Always a smile, great service and assistance with any queries. A solid knowledge of wines, regions and good recommendations. If I was running Majestic I would be endeavouring to retain her at any cost. Having been a customer of Majestic since 2011 in Chiswick, Camberley, and Brentford at times, I have experienced haphazard service at times and certainly a difference in stock per store, but I really appreciate the quality when I do encounter it and this should be commended.”

“I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. Will definitely be returning with my wife as she is now jealous of my collection.”

“What a lovely and amazing place. The dining rooms are as beautiful as the food. Its however more expensive than a Michelin starred restaurant. £394 for 4 of us. So control the drinking! Loved the litre of sicilian lemonade, reminded me of Glastonbury lemonade carts. My only little gripe, was it was winter, I had a long coat, and the host should have taken our coats as there is only a dirt floor and your coat tails trail in the dust. They eventually came to hang it up in their cloakroom”

“The Afternoon Tea was genuinely faultless from start to finish. It was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The vegetarian options were superb – particularly the wrap and the tomato/tofu cream. We'll be dreaming of the meringue, eclair and scones for weeks! The staff were so accommodating, attentive and helpful. I'm already looking for another excuse to visit again!”
