“The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. “Just Googled to find out opening times and noticed the low rating. I’ve been using them for over 10 years, collecting prescriptions every 2 weeks and think they are fantastic. As long as you are realistic about the fact you may need to wait it’s very good service. As far as dispensing medicine is concerned, taking a long time is actually a good sign. Dispensing medication requires focus because mistakes can be deadly. If you want a pharmacy that rushes the process or responds immediately while they are in the middle of counting medications, then you will end up getting a pharmacy that makes a lot of mistakes. Very good with providing care for minor infections and signposting to GP when appropriate. Always been very friendly in my experience. The opening hours are very convenient.”

“I have always had a great experience here, and have no complaints. Maybe it's because i work in health care myself but i would rather wait longer than getting a prescription that was wrong due to a doctor's error. The 15 mins waiting time is an unrealistic expectation and i think they need to change that because it puts a lot of pressure on the staffs who are overworked whenever i go there. If the pharmacist behind hasn't checked my prescription over properly i would have been given the wrong dose by the prescribing doctors in A&E. I cannot thank them enough for spotting the error.”
