She is so lovely and Iβve definitely chosen such a good fit for my needs. I ask a lot of questions and she always answers them with knowledge and professionalismβ¦ And patience! Within a couple of sessions I could feel both mentally and physically the impact of what she was helping me with in terms of joint pain and level of fitness. My motivation to use the gym and my confidence has improved no end and I would highly recommend Debbiβ

βThis is a PUBLIC PLACE! To have the amount of people they have coming through there each day and be able to maintain it to the ability theyβre able to is very surprising! It is an extremely popular place and you have to take into consideration the social environment itβs in! I have moved over from David Lloyd and although itβs no David Lloyd (David Lloyd is the heaven of members club) it certainly does the trick! People on here complaining about skinny teenage boys in the gymβ¦ we have to start somewhere! I appreciate Everyone Active for helping me and adapting to my needs due to my epilepsy, Sometimes the staff are a bit on edge because they deal with lots of people every day be patient with them. They are good people just under a lot of stress so please remember that! (However I do believe they could Invest in some more professional cleaners) Thankyou!β

βI have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.β

βHaving already had one daughter go through the school who is now in full time employment I also have a daughter in year 10. Both girls views of the school is positive. The facilities are fantastic have had a virtually complete rebuild. The teachers are a credit to the school and go out of their way to help with extra tuition and outside sporting fixtures. The new uniform is great and gives a far smarter appearance than the old one. If you are trying to decide if this school is right for your child I urge you to visit it and see for yourself the massive improvements that have been made.β

βThe 5 stars is for 2 of the swimming teachers in particular - Patryk and Alfie teaching the 4:30 Monday beginners class. Absolutely excellent! They're actively in the pool with the kids, and the attention they give to each individual's ability is brilliant. βBest gym in the area. Absolutely spoilt for choice with classes and the refurbishment and all new equipment in the gym makes it an outstanding place to train. Manager Adrian and all the lovely staff are really helpful with info and PT sessions. Adrian is a brilliant boxing coach I have loved the new Box12 classes too. The gym is great for everyone between beginners or expert body builders. Thereβs such a mix of abilities and bodies at the gym I love it.β

βGreat local amenity with a 33.3 meter indoor pool (for those with confused fitness trackers) a smaller outdoor pool and teaching pool for kids, it is now kept clean and well maintained considering it is a public pool. The swimming changing facilities have been upgraded, and they offer great showers in a clean area. While the gym is a bit tired, there are plans for renovations and upgrades. The reception staff are friendly and have a great sense of humour, especially considering some of the flak they get from a handful of grumpy visitors. Parking is pricey, so public transport is the best way to go. Simple booking system, so book in advance or phone if you want to be sure to get a swim. Limited spaces which makes it much easier for lane swimming. 250 capacity for swim and stay sessions in outdoor pool, so check weather and book on sunny day.β
