During covid it was bit difficult to get an appointment as you had to ring within certain times now it has all changed and back to normal the reception staff are very good and competent also the nurses here are good and friendly The place shares the space with another surgery located in the building which makes parking spaces limited so if you have a early morning appointment you most probably get some parking space if not you will have to park illegally in nearby roads and hope you don’t get a good ticket”

They've added another 2 consultantion rooms, changed the booking system so that you can request an appointment any time during their opening hours. I never have to wait to see a doctor with my son, all requests have been answered to within an hour, I had immense support in every possible way. My son has ASD and ADHD with some other issues and they've supported us incredibly. The doctors are fantastic. They also have a physiotherapist for specialist appointments. Hats off!
