The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. And a highlight was fitter Sam an absolute pleasure to have around the house - always a smile and a brilliant attention to detail. Thank you”

“We had bought an air fryer about a year ago but unfortunately had a problem with it and needed to return it. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady whose name was Caroline, I told her the problem and she apologised and then asked if I had the receipt so that I could return the product. I had not kept the receipt but instead of that being the end of the matter she asked for the details from my Lakeland card and then trawled through the system and found my purchase. As I could not get to the store that day she said that she would leave the details at the tills and inform her colleagues. I went to the store the next day and on speaking to a member of staff at the till, (sorry I did not take her name but on a new till receipt her operator number is 5180088) and she was aware of me coming in. I returned the product without any quibble and when I asked for a straight swap, although I wanted to change brands and pay extra, she advised me to take a refund instead and then buy the new product so that I got the full 3 year warranty which I did and then she told me that I had a £30 voucher on my card which I did not know and used to complete the purchase. The customer service that I received and the friendliness of both members of staff was excellent and I would formally like to congratulate them and the store in a manner that in my opinion went above and beyond what they could have done. Before retirement I worked in retailing for some 36 years and put great value on customer service. Kind regards Robert Holmes”

“I was here on Friday 15th August and was looked after by a young guy (didn't get his name) although young, he did get my reference to a tv show from a good few years ago so not your typical Insta gen kid... He was so attentive and polite and helped me to get everything I wanted. He also arranged for stuff that wasn't in store to be delivered to my house the next day. I had my wife and toddler with me and he wasn't distracted by the noise of her (kid not wife lol) in fact he was lovely to her too, as were the other staff members. Lovely experience and lovely clothes. I'll be back in Autumn and hope he's still working there.”

“I’ve been to Ask Italian Bluewater a few times now and have always enjoyed their consistent quality of Italian cuisine upon each visit. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful which inspires a calming atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of Bluewater shopping centre. The food is well made with clean tasting flavours and a healthy variety of options. I recommend the newly improved Lasagne Grande and, if you’re in need of a little spice, ask for some chilli infused olive oil to pour on top. I’ve been craving this ever since trying it a few days ago! Of course, you cannot go wrong with their tiramisu for dessert although all their desserts are uniquely Italian rather than generic in both their flavour and plating style. Overall there is something for everyone to enjoy and I highly recommend a visit!”

“The staff here were soo AMAZING!! My husband and I were looking for a dress for my birthday - didn't know what colour or anything, just that we would know it when we saw it. We saw it here in the display window. The staff and other patrons were very complimentary when they saw it on me. We also got a pair of shoes to compliment it! “Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”

“Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”

We went to Singapore and The Maldives, we knew where we wanted to stay in Singapore but had zero clue on what Island for The Maldives. We ran Jack through our ideal list and he pulled up a few options and we found our Island. We booked there and then! All communication from then was just as good as the first time, and it just made the Wedding/Honeymoon even more exciting. We were met by Kuoni reps, as well as receiving packs from them whilst away to confirm all information. A big thank you to Kuoni and especially Jack for making sure we had towel art in the room- literally a dream come true!”
