“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. “Perfect community prescribing pharmacy! The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and approachable. Being a prescribing pharmacy means you often won't need to see a GP for lots of common problems such as a sore throat, UTI's or shingles, as the pharmacist is able to prescribe or recommend certain medications if needed after a consultation or where necessary an examination. The whole team are always friendly, polite and respectful and the pharmacy is always clean and bright. It also has a very good range of non-pharmacy products to choose from. We are very lucky to have this pharmacy in our area, with the pressure the whole NHS is under, it's even more important to not only use our pharmarcies where possible, but to also support them wherever we can as customers.”

The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! Long & short of my experience is, these guys are top notch in this business & now I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than these guys as you can see it's more than just a business but also a passion and love for these animals.”

“I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner.
