“Staff are fantastic, was completely understanding towards my son limitations, staff were full of encouragement getting my son over and past his fears So helpful and understanding. Was a brilliant weekend”
“This is a first class c&c site next to the River Thames. Good size pitches and cater for all types of camping with or without electric. Modern facility block. Site managers friendly and very helpful.”
“Great gated play area for all ages of children with a swimming pool for young children open in the summer months. Lots of park benches and grass areas for a picnic within the gated park area with a few trees for shade in the summer. Swings and slides for all ages, together with climbing frame area. Adequate parking but shared for bowling green and the sports field users.”
“One of the best theme parks I've visited so far. Second best in the UK but is home to the best rollercoaster in the UK, Hyperia. It is absolutely amazing, the food is great and the views on and off of the coasters are amazing. My ranking list of the rollercoasters: 1. Hyperia 2. Swarm 3. Stealth 4. Nemesis Inferno 5. Colossus 6. Saw 7. The Walking Dead: The Ride 8. Flying fish. Honourable mentions: Tidal wave (Best water ride in the UK). Detonator. Zodiac. Samurai. Vortex. Rush. I'd definitely recommend the park to any thrill seekers and even if you aren't you should give the coasters and other rides a try.”
“I'll give a quick score: Theaming: 9/10 Cleanliness: 6/10 Safety feeling: 10/10 Wait time: 9/10 Smoothness of the ride: 10/10 Fun: 9/10 Overall: 8,8/10 One of the best rides in Thorpe park”
“Just hit up SAW – The Ride and ngl… it’s intense as heck. Not for the faint-hearted — this coaster hits you with twists, drops, and screams from start to finish. The theming is legit scary, super immersive. You feel like you’re in the movie, and the atmosphere adds that extra adrenaline kick. Staff were cool and kept things running smooth, so no annoying waits or chaos. Perfect for thrill-seekers or anyone wanting a wild, scream-your-lungs-out kinda ride. If you’re all about epic roller coasters and a few heart-stopping moments, SAW – The Ride is a total W. Would 100% ride again… maybe with a backup scream buddy.”
“Beautiful spot with scenic view of river. Cozy pubs nearby (Kingfisher and The Bridge) for those keen for a drink or some food.”
“Super impressed today, we saw a younger rider attempting a trick that didn’t go so well, I’ve never seen someone move so fast: the cable operator literally flew into the lake to check on the boy, who was fine. Thanks to the team for keeping us safe”
“Very chilling and there’s lots of duck and swans :)”
“Recommend this place for children.”
“This ride is great. I always love going on the rapids to coast around without getting to wet after a busy day on the more intense rides. This isn't a rapids you will get soaked on. More a ride for enjoyment and relaxing.”

“Amazing place and home to some Good entertainment and amazing rides”
“Very fun place and I loved the rides.”
“We had an amazing time at the Shark cabins, we stayed for Halloween weekend. The value for money and what is included in your stay is exceptional. The Shark cabins were clean, comfy and well stocked with complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water. The Shark cabins are located on the park, meaning you do have to queue with everyone else to access them, which can be a bit annoying if you have to leave at all, as the lines are very long, even fast track. Staff were friendly on the park and in the cabins, however they weren't very clued up on what was included in the package or when the restaurant stopped serving food. It left us quiet confused and after speaking to many members of staff it seemed they all didnt really know answers to simple questions. This didnt deter us, I would definitely visit again, however I would hope they train their staff a little better to enable them to help their customers. Overall we all had an amazing time, I would highly recommend visiting and staying over. The Fright night experience is well worth the visit, the scare mazes, actors and musicians are extremely talented.”
“One of the best rides at Thorpe imo. Only issue is that the queues can be very long since only two rafts get sent out at a time.”
