“I always find the store a positive experuence. Always nicely stocked , clean and especially like the cafe which is set out differently from other tescos. The staff work hard and pride on making the customer having a good experience. The security are always alert. All the staff are fantastic but today Olivia helped me at the self service. I purchased multiple gift cards and is always happy and positive even at 6am.”

John supported us with finding the product code and bespoke size we needed straight away. Went out of his way to help us arrange a pick up order with Nottingham branch despite them wanting us to ring back on Monday. Got the order all sorted thanks to John! We'll hopefully be using his services again very soon. Great bloke too. We bought another bed off Andrew just recently (March 2022). The craftsmanship and delivery was first rate.”

“I have bought from this branch a few times over the years and I have always found the staff to be lovely and professional. A few years ago I had an issue with a table that arrived damaged but wasn't damaged in store. The staff here sorted it. Then a few days ago I ordered two couches and the woman on the till who took the money for the couches had written I paid for them but hadn't put the delivery date for the friday in the diary. So I waited in and they didn't arrive. Spoke to a guy with a lush irish accent and he sorted it to arrive the next day. He was very apologetic and dealt with the problem quickly. So all the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience. The items in the store seem to be in good condition. Theres a mix of preowned and new. The new items are more expensive but the preloved are reasonably priced. The two couches I got were about 300 in total for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and they're well made. They don't feel as flimsy as an ikea couch, they feel stronger.”

It arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, the email communication regarding delivery was great and it arrived well packaged and is excellent quality. It’s so comfy and looks gorgeous.”

“I always have a great experience at this Argos, and this visit was no different. I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out. Despite how busy it is during the Christmas rush, he remained polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Ryan is a credit to Argos, and the store should be proud to have such a fantastic manager. “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”
