(David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! “I am a member of the gym mainly using the one at Sports Village Heywwod for combat classes.the only issue is that instructors for these classes are very scarce. Which is clearly why so many gyms are not using the trade marked Les Mills classes which are the best classes. Yesterday I had booked a paddleboard taster session which was brilliant. The instructor was Sandro and he was very good very encouraging and helpful. We moan about the lack of facilities in the area but if people looked at this web site and used the facilities they would realise it's not that bad!”
