I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. “I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. “I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !! And was nothing but happy and enthusiastic the company dealt with me and my 100 phone calls so well I get very anxious and needed constant re assurance which they provided I would highly recommend can not wait to order more stuff I am using 6 chairs at the table and 1 in my room as a dressing table chair and the same in my daughters the quality is unreal 5 star all round thank you so so much”

She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It has been 6 years since we moved from the Brooklands area and we still make special effort to return for a seafood pizza. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and completed in less than three weeks. Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been! They are an extremely friendly team with a genuine passion for what they do and I would have no hesitation in using them again myself nor indeed recommending their services to anyone else. “Nice, clean and big store. Everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitiser was present at the entrance. Good selection of items also. We did not have to queue as there were not many people shopping and we went in and out pretty quickly. Staff is great and they keep the store clean and tidy. Transparent panels are installed at the tills. Wear your masks and we'll get through.”

“Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
