βI went for my two covid jabs here. The whole set up was well organized. The volunteers were very helpful and made sure all was safe. They took u temperature and when u had the jab they made sure all was ok.β
βA little bit muddy underfoot, but a lovely sunny morning and lots of signs of springβ
βLovely little cafe in clifton park ,toilets, water for your dog ,nice hot food for the colder days ,and a great selection of ice creams for hot daysβ
βStayed here for 2 weeks and that is my second 2 week stay this year. First week the room was small, like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs small but had all the amenities still. Was clean, well stocked and did exactly what I needed it to do but was too small to relax in after a hard day's work. I didn't dine in the restaurant, not because the food wasn't nice, I ate in their on my previous visit and it was delicious but I did venture out this time. The second best bit about the stay? Breakfast, not only was breakfast delicious, always well stocked but they REALLY need a new coffee machine! The number 1 thing...CAROL K...She was outstanding! SOOOO funny, but lovely too. Made coming down on a morning a pleasure. No plans to go to Manchester again soon but would happily stay there to go and see Carol K again.β
βHeld a surprise 50th party here. Andy and team were excellent and are always welcoming. Do a great job and these are the sort of venues that need supportβ
βI wish I can give more then 5 stars to this place, And that's all only for staff , amazing manager and the host we had all staff members were brilliant. Every gaming and fun place can have ups and downs with maintenance and games but it's they way how they handles it and how quickly they act on it We celebrated our twin boys birthday had lots of fun. Unfortunately I forgot the names of staff members but we were booked today afternoon for birthday party 12:00 pm And our host Hijabi girl she was awesome top notch customer service and hospitality. Best place to have kids and adults birthday party or you can just have get together or fun day out as adults or for kidsβ
βI really do not know what to even say!! I paid just shy of Β£120 for 4 kids and 2 adults and I swear, I saw less of my partner than I did the kids! Honestly, this was the most epic chaotic day we've had in ages!!! 11/10β
βWonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.β
βMy family of 5 stayed there Friday to Saturday this week. The staff are amazing and so friendly I have 3 ASD children and the staff were lovely with them all. As we were checking in the lady gave each of them some cookies. The beds are so comfy and I'd paid for breakfast which can I say fantastic such choice which is perfect for my children as they can be hard to cater for. As we were about to leave the restaurant one of the male staff came over and gave my younger 2 a Terry's chocolate orange each. I would definitely stay there again and can't rate it highly.β
βIt was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.β
βStayed here when I went to a concert in Manchester. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Levon made me feel welcome. He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. Even though I had a few special requests, he was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free. Heβs a real asset to the hotel, and Iβll definitely return β partly because of the great service I received at the front desk.β
βThe staff were brilliant, couldn't fault them at all especially the young lady that looked after us but they were all great, very friendly and attentive. The food was really nice, cooked to perfection, served in good time, hot and with a smile. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely pay another visit.β
βFrom the moment I stepped in, this place just felt welcoming. An actual key for the room gave it a charming, personal touch you donβt often see anymore. Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout β all at a price thatβs hard to beat. The building may be older, but itβs clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning β she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, sheβs a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester β this will be my go-to hotel.β
βWe love it here. Fantastic place for the kids. Staff are always fabulous, helpful and great with the kids. Food is good, not too expensive. Coffees good to. It is loud so if you have sensitive hearing taking some headphones would be advisable.β
βNice place for people of all ages to have fun, play games, and dine as there is a restaurant in there. My kids love it here, and they can never get enough of the games. You can go along with your coins or change your notes into coins to play the games.β
βVillage Hotel, Ashton delivers a solid stay with friendly staff and strong facilities. The rooms are spacious and practical with everything you need. The gym and pool area lift the experience. Easy location near the motorway and food options. β’ Large room with iron, hairdryer, and tea setup β’ Full gym plus pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room β’ Helpful staff and smooth check-inβ

βAmi Gibbs was amazing with me in the gym. I applied for a free day pass online and came into the gym and Ami showed me around the facilities. She was super helpful and friendly and made me really comfortable and the gym and pool area was amazing. Will definitely be looking to join once Iβm back from travelling.β
βWe organised a birthday party and the team were wonderful! So helpful and organised, they made it painless. The soft play itself is clean and thereβs plenty of fun for everyone! Food is good and the coffee is very good too!β
βA beautiful lake with plenty of ducks and geese. There were about 10 duckling and four baby moor hens. There's a flat accessible path ideal for wheelchairs and prams. There is a small park. There are no facilities or a car park.β
βI work at Willowhurst, the Preston service and I absolutely love my job. It can be challenging, weβre working with the most complex young people in the country, but seeing their progress and the difference placement makes to them is so rewarding. The team at Willow are a great bunch of people, so supportive and always up for a laugh too! The model of care is something you wonβt find anywhere else and thatβs what I love about it, itβs innovative and bold and it really works well. Would recommend working here if you really want to make a positive difference in the lives of young people!β
βI had an excellent experience at the bar in the Marriott thanks to Wade. Heβs one of those rare bartenders who makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. Professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, Wade mixed fantastic drinks and offered great recommendations based on what I liked. What stood out most was his serviceβfast, thoughtful, and consistently upbeat, even when the bar got busy. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates. If youβre staying at the Marriott (or even if youβre just passing through), make sure to stop by the bar and ask for Wade. Heβll make your visit a great one. He really made my birthday so special xβ
βHad a great stay recently! Special mention to Charlie who particularly stood out for being very welcoming, approachable and helpful with any questions and requests I had. Would recommendβ
β> We were not guests at this hotelβwe just came here for dinnerβbut we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, and the food was delicious. Santhy looked after our table and provided amazing serviceβ
βVery warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.β
βThe room was very clean and comfortable, basic amenities, bed very comfy. The house keeping was very good. The location for MRI hospital could not have been better. 10 minutes walk away. Local amenities good, petrol station, tesco, subway etc. Parking at the back of the travel lodge at a very reasonable price.β
βVery friendly, clean rooms, good TV channel selection. Cooked breakfast was decent. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you need to be in the area.β
βHad a really pleasant stay as always. Was greeted with a smile by Aileen who went above and beyond to make my check in and stay as smooth as possible. Thanks Aileen for all your help. See you next time.β
βGreat location, right next to Piccadilly Gardens (although can be a bit noisy if you're at the front). Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very comfy. Security on door at night, which is great as it's in such a busy area.β
