I phoned here last and the pharmacist was brilliant and confirmed they had it. He was really professional and friendly offering directions. Got to the pharmacy and the pharmacist served me. He was lovely. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and i'm very grateful they were fully stocked. The out of hours pharmacy where I live never has anything you need in stock.”

Having forgotten my inhaler at home whilst on business in Manchester, he guided me through the NHS 111 online service and arranged for the medication that I needed to be provided. The pharmacist, Muhammad, was equally professional and respectful. Based on my experience, I think the staff and service are excellent and I had no problem whatsoever with the people that I dealt with.”

“We came to Don and the team at Dogwood Referrals in June 2023 after our 9-month-old cat, Edward, was hit by a car, leaving his legs in a terrible state. From the moment Dogwood took over Edward’s care, we knew he was in the best place. They successfully treated his front leg, and worked tirelessly to save his rear leg over several days, but unfortunately, the damage worsened by delayed treatment at our previous vet meant it couldn’t be saved. Don performed the amputation with incredible skill, and Edward’s recovery was amazing. The team cared for Edward—and us as emotional owners—with so much compassion. Edward healed quickly, with no visible scarring or complications, and was back to his cheerful, mischievous self within weeks. If I ever face another emergency with a pet, I will do everything I can to have them referred to Dogwood’s care.”

“The staff here are amazing, lovely little practice, still fairly new so not too busy. This practice is linked with Ashleigh Vets in Chorlton which is larger, and has a great reputation, they have vets that specialise in exotic animals so they really know their stuff. 100% recommend”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. “I had a weird experience at first, nobody really seemed to pay attention to me whilst I was waiting because I came through a referral. They didn’t even bother to learn my name and that was so weird. I met with the pharmacist, Lawrence and he was really nice and reassuring. He listened to my complains and made a note of everything. He didn’t try to water down my symptoms, he was very very nice. He also learned my name and called me by my name all through the consultation.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boots at Elk Mill is a fantastic store with everything you’d expect from the brand and more. The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”
