Nothing is to much trouble.Any alterations get sorted, any issues , they help.The girls and locums all go above and beyond. They have helped me out alot over the years. “My wife and I had Private Covid Vaccinations administered here by Sami who was really thorough and Professional, after consultation he informed us that my wife was entitled to her injection for free on the NHS due to the fact that she is on prescribed medication for a medical condition. This was something that neither our own Doctors or local Pharmacy informed us about when we asked about receiving the vaccinations, we were just told that it was chargeable and it would be £99 each, Everest charges were £70 so a good saving for me and thanks to their thoroughness my wife’s was free.”

Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. “Yesterday I went to boots on grimshaw lane to pick my meds up the system was dwn so I couldn't get them as it is closed on a Saturday it would of left me with no meds over the weekend this morn sat paula rang me from boots to tell me to go and collect them as she had given up her day off to give people there meds they couldn't get not many staff would do that n paula needs to be recognized for this x”

“I actually have a Wilkinson's pharmacy 3 doors away from my home but I still choose to use this one for all of our medications because I have full trust in their ability to get things right. I've been exclusively using this branch for at least 10 years and I have no intentions of changing that. The girls are absolutely amazing, they're friendly, knowledgeable, kind, they genuinely care about patients and they've never got our medications wrong...unlike others who could have overdosed my son as they gave him 10mg diazipams instead of 2mg...which he was told he could take 1-3 of them which would have been 30mg. The Moston lane one has never done that, which is why we're ok spending taxi money to get our prescriptions. They get a 10/10 from me and my family.”

Their site is very easy to navigate, selection of available treatments is extensive; backed by a professional team This is pharmacy registered and NOT like the many risky outfits out there peddling their concoctions - they are professionally regulated and accountable. I am a health professional myself and checked this company out and reassured using them. My requirements were assessed and only then a prescription was issued. Pricing is much cheaper than even when you are obtaining scripts bought on a NHS pre-payment certificate. You have backup if you need help - just ask them online. I would always recommend that your GP is made aware that you are receiving medications from any online pharmacy. Excellent, transparent pharmacy.”

The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. My dad also collects his medication from here, and since he only speaks Arabic, I really appreciate how the fair-skinned lady always takes the time to help him in a respectful and kind way.
