“We had to take our cat for an emergency appointment and this place was suggested on our vet's website, since this place was open after hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could, no appointment needed. The facilities were good. A really great idea in dividing the waiting areas for dogs and cats, so less disruption. The cat waiting area even offered blankets to cover baskets if we had a nervous cat, lovely touch. Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep, but the vet that we had informed us of our options, respectful to us and our cat, and the process. He really helped us through it all and what to do next. The reception staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful.”

The staff, including the Receptionists, the nurses and HCA's upto the GPs and practice admin team/managers provide a level of care and support like no other. “Absolutely brilliant. If you are flying from Manchatten airport port. It's less expensive than booking the airport parking. Only slight downside. For a 6 am flight the shuttle bus doesn't run until 3:00 am. Even then veezu is around 20 quid.”

“Doctors are wonderful specially doctor Daniel Hedwat. He is extremely friendly, supportive, understanding and most importantly a great listener who allows you to explain your problem in detail. He doesn’t rush like some other doctors do as well as explaining conditions and use of medication in detail. We need more doctors like him.”

“This is the first GP I've really loved being with, and as someone with multiple chronic conditions I couldn't praise them highly enough. This does mean I have experience with many Drs which can make communication easier for me, but I find all the team here perfectly reasonable. I also will say you must request appts through the app at 8 am as is generally standard, but no phone waits. I have had multiple conditions diagnosed here that are infamously under-diagnosed and ignored, for example especially with regards to female hormonal health. These are conditions I have spent up to 10 years visiting GPs about and bring turned away. The even use local anaesthetic for IUD insertions, before I requested! I have never found any of the doctors here dismissive. I've seen Dr Kandola, Dr Chaudri, Dr Hamza, Dr Collabella, Dr Chhoangalia, Dr Cooper, maybe even more. But I could not highly enough praise Dr Kidd. Both the care she offered and bedside manner were far above standard, and made some pretty horrific experiences absolutely tolerable. She does not sugar-coat either, she is truthful about what is uncomfortable and helps you get through it. Hailey Daniel has been fantastic to see as well. Both these staff have been very thorough to answer my questions and make sure my consent is informed. My meds get regularly reviewed. I get contacted about my necessary jabs. Script refills are done VERY promptly through the app too. The standard of GP receptionists in England seems to be dire, but I've always found those at the Arch to be pleasant and as helpful as they can given the NHS systems in place. They also have an option where you can keep your place in the phone queue for a callback, which I find great. I may often wait 10 mins for my appointment, again a factor of NHS conditions I believe. For Christ's sake they give out free fruit, I don't think they could do better if Jesus himself came down to heal the sick.”

The dental practice is always very well maintained and the staff are efficient. Also, the location is easily accessible by train or bus, and there is parking available.”
