“I visit twice a year for a checkup and hygienist appointment. The dental staff at 207 are very thorough and explain things clearly so I can make informed decisions about my dental care. The receptionist Becky is also very friendly and helpful, and a very welcoming face at the door. Overall great service.”

“Had root canal treatment performed which obviously very anxious about , however found this treatment was performed very skilfully , by Mr. Charlesworth and Charlotte (dental nurse, a great team). The administration of the local anaesthetic in itself was pain free , was very impressed with the teamwork and felt totally at my ease . I was reassured and received individualised care with very good explanation of the procedure involved . “Fantastic outcome, thanks very much. Having lost confidence in my regular dentist. I came across Hale and Bowdon when I needed some emergency treatment on a Sunday some 6 months ago. I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie! “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”

She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, giving breaks and explaining things in a way that puts you at ease. “Went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years today due to a crippling fear of going. I have to say that this is the best experience of a dentist that I’ve ever had! Aleedin was so so reassuring and friendly, didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all and was so gentle. He didn’t do any more work than I needed at the time to get me used to going to the dentist again. Even the injections didn’t hurt too much. The nurse in there was equally as friendly and walked me through calming down whilst they cleaned my teeth. Can’t promise I won’t be scared next time, but my fear will definitely disappear over time with this dentist. I honestly can’t thank you enough! This was all on a Saturday as well when everyone wants to go home.”
