“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner and we had the most wonderful evening! Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated immediately. For starters we had calamari, focaccia and olives - all were delicious! Our mains, the pizza and steak were equally yummy. The highlight of the evening for me was when the waiters brought out a cake and sang happy birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff- you were so friendly and professional, and you made my birthday very special. Grazie mille!”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. Very reasonable prices too which is a bonus! will definitely be visiting there again soon.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“Good place to grab a coffee, latte, cappuccino or thier unique turkish coffee blend served in a copper pot they will never give you a reason to complain. The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

“I was searching from previous 11 months for a perfect haircut and eyebrows shape … came from Pakistan .. tried 2 3 places but not satisfied then one of my friend told me about the Kiran at primark .. I went there and literally she solved all my problems .. gave me a look I was craving for..she is amazing.. you can trust her skills blindly… also she is very kind and understanding..”

“Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”

“I will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only £10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!”

“Great experience, Zizzi has always been an untraditional Italian pizzeria. Always having new dishes. The staff are really friendly and Rowan helped us a lot specially with the kids toys made my daughter forget about the wanting time of the order.”

“I came to the Private Clinic Manchester for surgery as I had read some very good reviews online and done my research and expected good things. And it exceeded my expectations. From the manager Alex who chaperoned and held my hand the whole way through, to the lovely ladies on reception and nursing team. Mr Fattah is like no other surgeon and believe me I have had many consultations. I’m 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier! Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. “There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! This was the perfect solution, the salon is attached to her home so its not a busy full of people salon. Shes also lovely and explained everything, including how to do the make-up on my brows (because I'm absolutely useless). Highly recommend!”
