“So many sofas to choose from !! Wayne introduced himself to us and left us to look around, no pushy sales pitches but very informative. We bought the sofas and had them delivered 2 weeks later ( our choice as we were decorating ). They arrived an hour ago and they're perfect. Very happy with the price, the service instore and the delivery guys were fantastic, polite and friendly. We cannot fault this company”

“This is one of those shops you nip in to buy a couple of things and you come out with a full basket. It is amazing I absolutely loved it, everything for the home and more. It also a cafe which is very nice and the staff are really polite and friendly. The store itself is well lit, clean and it is easy to find everything you are looking for. In fact I found more than I was actually looking for but that is just a bonus. Well worth a visit and I will definitely visit again.”

“Went for a breakfast with the grandchildren, was very happy with the food, toast done to perfection, bacon had a chargrilled taste which I loved. The only let down was I like really runny eggs for my toast and beans. But not a dealbraker. The open fire was a bonus along with quite good coffee, being a breakfast coffee, it didn't give you that kick to wake your brain up, more like a brunch coffee.”

“Hosted a games night for our running club in the free function room upstairs. Such a beautiful room with original features. We only had chip butties but they were really good, we even got some salad & cakes thrown in and the napkins were super cute! Lisa was super helpful when trying to organise. “Had a lovely stay including dinner and breakfast. Food was great, we had the roast dinner which was fantastic value for money at £13.95 a head. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food at the buffet. My only, very personal, preference would have been to have more egg options as I didn’t fancy the scrambled eggs and there wasn’t any other option but the rest was delicious and plentiful. Lastly, but definitely not least were the friendly, helpful staff who really made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend the Boat & Horses hotel too as the rooms are big, well appointed and the beds really, really comfy. Well worth a stop off.”

“Took my Rotweiler a few times, it's nice to go in a pub with a big dog and people don't look down on him. The staff give him treats and come and stroke him, always a filled water bowl. Great food & they do dog Sunday dinners which go down a treat for £2.50 & a lovely normal roast dinner too. The food menu has a lot of variety. Brilliant view of the canal from the carpark. We love it here”

“My son and I were visiting Fletcher Moss for the first time, and didn't know where to go for food and drinks! Anyway, we decided to go Ye old cock! Well, it turned out to be the perfect choice. Beautiful clean pub with character. Great menu choices. Also, fantastic price deals..a meal and a premium drink each (we chose a Guinness, and a 250ml glass of wine) all for £10!! Great service too. I will definitely go again.”
