“After much talking with Cohens H/O, with Gabriella and then on to Mr David Wright, things have finally worked out at the Boston Spa branch who now have a shop manager called Liam. I've wished Liam well with his new role and spoke again with Gabriella, I think it's wonderful that after a short telephone call, all these wonderful changes have now taken effect, it's really lovely to know that you are listened to by a huge Pharmaceutical Group. Most people would think "oh don't bother calling them, they'll take no notice of what you have to say, they're a business afterall", this couldn't be further from the truth. They are excellent communicators, they show empathy and sympathy and it's more than obvious that they care about their customers very much. I've been faithful to Cohens for many years and can honestly say that I will carry on doing so. If you've changed your pharmacy to say, somewhere in Wetherby but live in Boston Spa.
