“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

“Such an excellent experience at Wilmslow Hospital. I was extremely worried about a health issue which was causing me sleepless nights waiting for an NHS appointment. Rang Wilmslow and was seen by the consultant 6pm that night. Amazing service! The consultant was so friendly and put me at ease as I was getting a bit upset. After an examination I was reassured that everything was fine. But I was glad of the further scan that I chose to have to have 100% certainty and totally put my mind at rest. I came out walking on air. To have that peace of mind was priceless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilmslow Hospital. All the staff were very caring, professional & friendly and the facilities are excellent.”

“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent care I received today at the Nightingale Centre. After being referred by my GP due to a lump in my breast, I arrived feeling very anxious and worried. However, the entire team made me feel at ease with their human and compassionate approach. Special thanks to the nurses and mammographers who attended to me. Joffi, in particular, was incredibly professional, caring, and empathetic. Her hug truly saved me in a moment of fear. Another mammographer, whose name I believe is Aoidin, also stood out for her delicate, kind, and respectful handling. Both were amazing and made such a difference to my experience. I would also like to thank a nurse (possibly named Marie) and the radiologist/sonographer for their wonderful care and professionalism. The kindness, humanity, and expertise of the team turned a stressful situation into one where I felt supported and reassured. Thank you all for the incredible work you do.”

“Got a referral from my Optician, the speed of the referral, post opp and surgery were within one week! Surgery was pain free totally, All the staff from the meet and greet to the cleaner are all polite, helpful and professional. I can not fault anything about the visits here. Why the NHS can't be managed like this I don't know, but they need to be. 10/10 Spa Medica. Highly recommend”

“Turned up at 8pm with my cat without giving any notice. Despite the unplanned arrival the receptionist was lovely and caring and arranged the vet to see us within 10 minutes. The vet was very reassuring and thorough with her advice. Excellent service and nice to know they are there in an emergency!”

“There is very suitable working hours 24/7. The Chris was find the reason of our cat sick. We should not give medcine through the stomack, we start making injecktion instead as tablets and liquids irritate and make werse pancreatis. Now the our cat, i hope that, is healing slowly.”

“It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“Dr Kosutic performed Migraine Surgery on me in July 2024. I was having 3-4 migraines per week and they were really affecting my way of life. Thankfully since the surgery I have only had 4 in 25 days, and these went away quickly with OTC pain medication. Would definitely recommend this Dr and procedure to anyone suffering with migraines. I had tried the pain medication, triptans and other methods of controlling the pain however this surgery so far seems to have reduced the effect migraines have on my life. The scars are also almost invisible, being a plastic surgeon Dr Kosutic is very skilled at ensuring the scars do not affect your appearance. Having had the surgery I would be happy to speak to others about their concerns as I could not recommend this procedure and Dr Kosutic enough!”

“I went to see Charlie with my dog for a second opinion - what a difference to my previous vet. Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats. The feeling after leaving Evergreen was totally different to how I'd been feeling before, Charlie offered to send some information to a specialist and let us know what they suggest in a few days.. I cannot thank Charlie enough for the first appointment, we will now be travelling to use Evergreen.”

I can’t thank the staff on T3 at Oldham Hospital enough for the compassionate care they’ve shown my mum over the past three weeks. They have truly gone above and beyond. “I have always been fat. I used to think that I was naturally fat. I was very low emotionally about my weight . Doing anything was a struggle, from bending down to do up my shoes, to getting out of breath just walking up the stairs. My THAT’S ENOUGH moment was in the late summer of 2022 when at a water park I was told that there were not wetsuits in my size – I was devastated and the realisation that I had to change hit me hard! I went home, cried and the opened the laptop and searched Gastric Surgery in the UK! I came across the website for the NOSC. I called and had a chat with Andrew who assured me that I was an ideal candidate for the gastric sleeve. In November 2022 I was a size 24 and weighted in at 17st 11lb! I was booked in for the gastric sleeve and underwent surgery safely here in the UK, in Brentwood, Essex. The surgeon and staff were amazing and the care I received was perfect, and upon my return home, the NOSC support remained outstanding! In February 2024 I settled at a size 10/12 and my weight seems to have settled at 10st 11lb! I HAVE LOST SEVEN STONE! If you don’t believe in the sleeve, you should! It really does work! It’s tough sometimes and mentally I am still occasionally hungry (but that just in my head). Then I look in the mirror and I see a smaller, fitter, healthier and happier woman looking back, and I know I made the right choice, not just for me, but for the whole family! I cannot thank the NOSC team of professionals enough for the care and support I received throughout my weight loss journey with them. If you want my advice, don’t risk travelling abroad. Get all the right care, support and medical attention you need right here in the UK.”
