“I would just like to share my experience in this store. The option in this store is amazing we found what we wanted and was not dissapointed. However this was more possible by a amazing lady who works there called Emma, this lady went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble, she made the experience of finding something for a important day a brillant one and made us feel like we have done everything. “This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.”

“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“One of the screws on my Pepsi bracelet came loose, causing the watch to come apart. When it fell, it must also have lost a link component. I took it to Goldsmiths Rolex in Trafford, where I was greeted by a very welcoming gentleman who immediately made me feel at ease. He kindly booked my watch in for a complimentary repair, which was excellent service in itself. I was advised that, due to it being so close to Christmas, the watch would likely be ready in the New Year. To my surprise, I received a call the very next day to let me know that my watch had already been fixed, cleaned, and was ready for collection. The service was outstanding—very accommodating and genuinely delivered with a smile. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic: the ladies behind the counter, the technician on the phone, and the staff overall. I have purchased several pieces from this store and will absolutely continue to do so. Well done to the whole team, and apologies for not catching any names. Excellent experience all round.”

“The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”
