“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.”

“Today, I decided to adopt a very cute Russian dwarf hamster called Nacho, who is now named Buddy. The level of care and compassion shown to this little hamster by the staff at Pets at Home was lovely to see, and little Buddy is a credit to those staff members' hard work. Pet shops get a bad reputation, but without companies like Pets at Home and their caring staff, what would we be left with? I'm sure Buddy wouldn't have been given a second chance, and my little girl wouldn't have gotten to meet her best little buddy. So thanks!”

“I can’t thank Yew Tree Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Buddy. He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. Her kindness, skill, and compassion made a difficult experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided – Buddy is recovering well thanks to them. “I visited the Vets with my cat Blackee on Wed 08/10/25 at 3.30pm for a 6 month health check, and was taken early as it was a quiet time. The lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful explaining about the Pet Health Club. I said for now I would pay as I went along as I wouldn't be using the services provided for the moment. The Vet/Nurse was helpful with Blackee's health - at the moment he is healthy and full of vitality for his age of 12. I explained that my other cat Ginny is doing really well on the joint supplement YuMove suggested by the Vet on her previous 6 month health check, as a few weeks ago she was struggling with her hind legs. Everyone at Mount Road Vets is very kind and gentle with the pets people take in, they really care how they are doing and the makes me feel confident in taking all my pets over the past few years, there. “Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse. “I’m very happy with the service I receive from Bramhall Health Centre. I’ve been with them since 1982. After Covid things were not good for a while but I think that applied to all GP practices and I know a lot of people left then. However everything is back on track and both receptionists, nurses, physios and GPs are very helpful and efficient. They were amazing when I desperately needed urgent care. I’m glad I stayed with them and highly recommend. Five stars from me and a big thank you .”

“Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!”

“I cannot recommend this kennel enough! After a two week stay, the dogs came back just as happy as when I left them and in perfect condition. The owners have been amazing by supporting my dogs complex medical requirements and I ensuring all of her needs have been met. They couldn’t have done more. I over booked the dogs stay by one night by mistake and I turned up earlier than expected. Both dogs were handed back to us with all their belongings clean and looked after within minutes and nothing damaged. It’s important to say that I had a very poor experience with a local kennel last year so I was very concerned about leaving my dog this year. After they’d stayed in the previous local kennels, both my dog and my parents dog came back in very bad condition and had lost a lot of weight due to “stress” even though all their food had gone and a lot of their belongings damaged/missing. This year however in the hands of Mount View Farm it was a COMPLETELY different story. So if you’re going away and worried about leaving your dog… you don’t have to in the hands of Mount View Farm. Thank you so much and I’ll be using your kennel services again.”
