“Had a great all you can eat breakfast at Oakley Hay. Everything was cooked fresh and the quality was of the highest standards. My wife had vegetarian sausage and bacon which we ordered as we were seated she really enjoyed it . Big shout out to the chef as everything was cooked to perfection. Also a big thankyou to the gentleman that served us so sorry I never got your name but can be seen working away in the 1st picture. This morning it was really busy but as they say quality speaks louder than words. Without hesitation we will definitely be back when we are in the area. “We had an amazing evening celebrating a family birthday. The welcome, service, atmosphere, and food were all outstanding, and we all had a fantastic time! The choice of dishes is very varied, so there are traditional classics on there as well as world fusion dishes - the chorizo Scot h egg was a definite winner! “Great Pub. We initially decided to go because they are dog friendly and that was it. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed the staff are all lovely. Car parking is great, all areas of the inn are clean, bright and comfortable. We went here for New Years Eve and had a great night. The teamwork is fantastic and organised. We didn’t expect much of the food for New Year’s Eve with it just being burgers, scampi chips etc but the burgers were delicious, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Despite not being our nearest pub it is now our new local and well worth the 30 minute walk. The staff and atmosphere make this place. Well done for putting on a great night.”

“Great selection of drinks and a lovely view to be had from the outside seating area that overlooks the river. I've had breakfast here, helpful, happy staff that can't do enough to ensure your experience is the best it can be. After the refurbishment it looks fresh and modern. Would defo reccomend this place. Price wise, expensive however you get what you pay for. Thanks :)”

“The Kent Hill Park training and conference centre is a very good place overall. It is located in Milton Keynes and is community located to many retail and commercial establishments, including restaurants, shopping, etc. I paid around 70 USD for a night without breakfast and thought this to be a very fair value. The hotel is in good condition. Overall, the rooms are a bit smaller, but they are nonetheless, cozy, and comfortable. Each room has a full bathroom, comfy bed, Desk,coffee/tea, flatscreen TV and wireless Internet. Parking is free. There is a large restaurant and dining area as well. Overall, good experience.”

The location is also very good (4 stars), close to many attractions, but it could use a few more parking spots for guests. Overall, highly recommended!”

“We recently moved to The Almere and the experience has been fantastic. The building is modern, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Everything we need is within walking distance, and the location is perfect for daily life. What really makes a difference is the amazing team at the reception. They've been incredibly supportive and welcoming since day one – especially Jasmine, Christina and Natalie, who always go the extra mile to help. We truly feel at home here and would definitely recommend The Almere to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.”

“This asian grocery is a great spot if you're craving authentic Asian flavors. They've got everything from fresh seafood to perfectly roasted ducks. Love their fresh veggies, fruits, and yummy Asian pastries too. The store is super clean and well-organized, which makes shopping a breeze. They also have a cool selection of frozen dim sum and fish balls for easy hot-pot / dim sum / meals at home. And don't get me started on the snacks—they're tasty and super cheap! “Great village pub with cosy open fires. Seems to be a little short of staff these days but they keep smiling. The manager Mark is always there to welcome you or to say goodbye when you leave even when he's having a beer.”

“This review is based on their curries, fried rice and naan breads. This takeaway has a very vast menu to choose from. We’ve tried some local Indian takeaways before such as The Rani Indian (hit and miss with quality and delivery) and Mango Indian (delivery time is atrocious; hours). However, after several orders, this takeaway is consistent in quality and delivery. The curry is thick and not loaded with vegetable oil served with a large portion of meat and the serving size is large. I would highly recommend this takeaway!”

“Lovely food, best Chinese in MK! I had the best delivery driver today. Ordered through deliveroo but it was delivered by one of Wok Warrior’s own drivers. I didn’t get the persons name but I remember they had purple hair and were so lovely. So polite and friendly and happily had a conversation with me whilst he got my food out. Such a credit to the company and very refreshing to have such a friendly driver that clearly takes pride in what they do! Fantastic service.”

“We came to Bar + Block Steakhouse in Milton Keynes for my daughter’s birthday and had a great experience. The food was spot on and cooked perfectly, with the truffle mac and cheese being especially good – rich, creamy, and full of flavour. Our waitress, liesa, was absolutely lovely – friendly, attentive, and really made the occasion feel special, and the rest of the team were very catering and accommodating throughout. Although it was fairly quiet during our visit, it created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which we really enjoyed. A lovely place to celebrate a special occasion.”
