“This is a very small and cozy family restaurant, where we had a great dinner. There is a good selection of dishes at very reasonable prices and it is delicious. Very tasty! Here you can taste real Romanian dishes, very well-cooked meat. There is also a very friendly staff and fast service, we came to the restaurant hungry, asked to bring food quickly and received it in a few minutes.”

“Lovely afternoon tea today! Brilliant selection of sweet and savoury. Tea selection was also great. All good portions and no doubt you’ll find some bits to take home with you to have later on! Service was great, all staff very friendly and approachable. Just a little suggestion, I feel as if the sweet selection could do with a break down on what some of the things are? Such as the gateau opera. There was a gel type liquid in a chocolate shell which we had no idea what it actually was so a little mentioning of what it was in the menu would be nice? Maybe a little booklet explaining what each item is, what flavours etc, make it a bit more interesting as there was other flavours that I would have love to know what was in there.”

“We had a fantastic dining experience at Harvester today. We were served by Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The menu had some amazing vegan and vegetarian options. The grilled halloumi tacos were the absolute highlight—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. “It's been a few years since I last ate at The Narrow Boat, so I was interested to see how they were doing. Very pleasantly suprised. The ambience is much better, bright, warm and airy, a significant improvement. Very good food, tasty, hot and well presented. The staff were very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. Their drinks selection is fairly standard, but this is the first time I've ever come across a draught Majorcan beer, which was excellent. Overall, a super effort, and much improved from my last visit. If, like me, you haven't been for a while, give them a go, you might be pleasantly suprised. Happy to recommend it.”

“I was recommended this place by a client at work and I was so glad to be told about this absolutely amazing place. The service was stellar from start to finish. I don't think I have had so many people attend to just one table before. Anything we asked for was dealt with so promptly and politely I was so impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the music playing whilst we ate was apt. Our food was flawless through three courses. As I chef I find it very hard to get food up to a certain standard but this was an exception. I can't recommend this place enough and will be returning asap. The arancini was so good, seasoned perfectly and looked beautiful. My beef ragu was stunning.. a depth of flavour that I thoroughly enjoyed. My partners lasagne was amazing and not a scrap was left by either of us. I ordered lemon tart which came with a shot of lemon cello and it was to die for and looked so pretty. My partner polished her brownie in record time. The bill was just under a hundred pounds which was good considering we had multiple drinks. Bravo for being so on point to all the staff and owner. We will be back asap..thanks so much we are truly happy customers.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful 6 course winter tasting menu. Each course was delicious and presented beautifully. In particular, the scallop, venison and rhubarb croissant dessert courses stood out. The latter was unlike anything I have had before and was both spectacular and surprising! In addition to the food, Paris House is very uniquely situated in a deer park, which adds to the ambience. It was wonderful to come up the entrance drive and see the deer in the park. I would highly recommend the restaurant, it's perfect for a special occasion!”

It's incredible how they make such top notch food in such little time. Verrrry rich in flavour, lovely vegetables. They have perfected their cooking. I had the king prawn casserole, which like many of their dishes comes with a side salad and two kinds of rice. Overall, (and my family will agree with me) we are definitely coming again.”

“Was an absolute pleasure coming here, honestly the best pizza I've ever had, such a great variety of pizza and pasta and such great service, I couldn't have asked for more, we were treated more like friends than customers which in my book goes a long way. You can either sit inside or outside which is covered, parking can be an issue but there is plenty of street park nearby, and the overall experience was excellent, if I could rate this 10 stars I would, so if your nearby call in you won't be disappointed and we will certainly be going back here.
